I'm so sorry Jessica Briggs is retiring. She is an excellent doctor, that cares about her patients. She's patient and listens while also doing her examination etc. The office staff were also friendly and polite.

PA Jessica Briggs has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. I get my yearly physical and usually need a couple visits for other issues. I've had excellent care. She is quick to understand my issue and her treatments or referral have been excellent. I have anxiety and depression which is why I switched to her years ago. I feel comfortable telling her anything. She is managing all my meds since my psychiatrist retired. I know people who avoid going to the Dr. I don't. If I have an issue I schedule an appointment. I look forward to getting her help on my issue. She is kind and very effective. Thank you!

Jessica Briggs has time and again correctly assessed my conditions and injuries when other doctors and urgent care centers could not. She has an innate ability to determine the root cause of symptoms. She is my 'go-to' whenever I need help or honest, no-nonsense advice. She is incredibly competent, a wonderful listener, and takes the time needed to understand her patients. She has an incredible amount of experience, and I always leave her care feeling confident that I've been put on the right path. Recently she diagnosed a neck injury that even the Spine Center didn't catch. She realized I need help quickly, and moved mountains to get me into surgery the same day. Amazing.

Finally, support services (labs, referred specialists, administrative staff, and in-office support staff, etc.) are friendly, polite, and responsive.
