The people who checked me in, and set my next appointment and gave me the paperwork for the visit and changes are very well informed, professional, personable, I've never been treated like I'm just a number. One woman actually came around the desk to help comfort me and prevent further messes when the disease I have made me start dry heaving. Very compassionate. Calling to schedule appointments I'm always treated very well.
