I cannot express the gratitude I have for this doctor. She is the most compassionate, empathetic, kind and caring physician. Dr. Lansburg is professional, understanding and helpful in so many ways. I don't think there is a doctor better than her in the entire state of Idaho. I highly recommend her. She is honest, trustworthy and nurturing. It doesn't get any better than her. ❤️

Katie was wonderful: efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, professional AND kind!!! I was able to get an appointment for an hour after I called. Got the testing and results I needed even faster than I hoped. And had my prescription, which required additional documentation be provided to the pharmacist, expedited so I could begin treatment today instead of having to wait even just until tomorrow. I feel so fortunate to have such wonderful care provided!! Thank you so very much!!!

The doctor and nurse both exceeded my expectations. They were both friendly, funny, attentive, professional and respectful.
I felt my concerns were validated and also the proper steps were taken to rule out anything serious as well as further inquiry to possible causes.
Overall I had one of my better experiences at a doctor. Katherine Lansburg gets 5 stars from me.

To date my experience with the providers at Capitol City Family Medicine has been excellent and Katherine is no exception. I felt she was thorough and compassionate. If I have a complaint it is that I hate being referred to as a customer. I do not come to you to consume, I come to resolve. I am a client or patient not a customer!
