I recently received a few product's to get me started in my Valasiss journey. I am so thrilled and had the best experience. currently loving my Genesis Prime, red light therapy. Loving my make up remover, day and night serums. I have never felt my skin more hydrated, full and leaving it so vibrant. The staff was amazing and helped me with all my needs. I will definitely be back for more product. Thank you!!

BEWARE both my sister and I bought these products while visiting Vegas. One I got home and opened the products the eye cream didn't even feel the same and the exfoliating scrub was the texture of a rubber ball and unusable. The salesman implied if there was a problem Just let them know. I didn't open the product right away as I finished up what I had at home. About a week after purchased I opened it and reached out right away. Since I am not there I asked what I could do for a refund as orifice seemed to be very old. Their reply was send the receipt and then no refund.. I'm sorry this is not the reply you wanted.. have a nice day and let us know if we can do anything else for you!! What a scam... seeking bad product at that price and just put receipt in the bag.. never said if unhappy you only have 14 days... the exact opposite was implied. Make sure you item and try your product while there.

I can not believe it. We were headed out the door and stopped in to look at the door real quick. A woman came up to me and my husband and said she had a free eyes sample and handed him a bag with face cream. I told her I was shopping and she could bring it to me, then she waved me over and a male came up to me and told me to sit down. Well we were in a hurry and he said the sample would take a second. He said he would do 1 eye first. Very misleading this duo. He did 1 eye and then gave a sales pitch. Then we were advised he would do the second eye after we bought it. Now I'm headed to an event, which now I'm late for and he messed up my beautiful makeup!!! I'm pissed. At least do the other eye! So I'm going to look different and feel the difference all day long. I am not happy. Don't lie to me to get my money and then make me late to my event and mess up my makeup!!!!!

Mariana showed me how I can keep from using Botox and filler by using the Genesis Z LED infrared light and heat therapy device. In minutes it reduced my marionette lines and lighten my sun spots! She also showed me Instant Lifting cream that eliminated the dark circles and bags under my eyes! I was shocked at how quickly it worked. Excited to continue to see improvements by using my new beauty tools thanks to Mariana at Välaíss!
She even invited me to text her if I had questions when I got back to California! Thank you, Mariana!!! Worth every penny!

First off, I LIKE THE PRODUCT. BUT I bought $450 worth of products on Fremony St, Las Vegas. I love the under eye serum and after about 4 uses ( using VERY sparingly) the huge vial was empty. I wrote to Valaiss and they replaced the snake venom vial. BUT I was told by Joseph on Fremont St, LV that used once every week or two ( which I used every 2 weeks) this should last a year. Well it's now on my 4th use of just dabbing under my eyes with the new vial that was sent to me, and I can NOT get ANY more product out of the vial. I'm so disappointed. I feel I got ripped off. I'm not a complainer, but this was expensive. (I still have plenty of the oil for under eye dark circles and oil for the face. But the under eye serum to tighten up the bags was what I wanted it for. I'm really sad. I did reach out again to Valaiss, but I think they just think I want more free product. I just wanted my money's worth or instructions on how to make the vial work if it isn't empty.?
