Outstanding customer service. I called with an issue with my Shark vacuum and they offered to help me as a walk in. I came inthe next day and the gentleman greeted me and helped me immediately. I was in and out with a working vacuum in about 5 min. If I need help fixing my vacuum I will always come back here. Thank you!!

We’ve brought our miele vacuum here for service many years. Service is always fast, and fairly priced. The young lady who runs the place is very friendly and helpful. This week our power tube was clogged and we were desperately hoping they could fix asap. I’m so happy the repair was done within an hour! This place is wonderful…highly recommend!!

A couple of years ago I took my sweeper to this company for a good cleaning. They did a wonderful and reasonably priced job making my sweeper look like new. Since then, I have returned with minor problems involving other cleaning tools and again they are always extremely helpful and welcoming. More businesses should follow their example. They are definitely a top-notch company.

Dropped off our shark vacuum and thought it was going to the graveyard. They revived it for us without breaking the bank either. From start to finish the 1sr phone call you could tell we were in good hands, very professional and polite over the phone. While customer service is lacking, this company’s got an abundance of it. Will 10/10 recommend to friends and family needing repairs.

Took my vintage, self-propelled Eureka vacuum cleaner in for service to replace a broken motor fan. The knowledgeable tech quoted me a fair price and I left my sweeper. Within a few days I was notified that the repairs were completed. The sweeper was repaired and serviced such that it seemed to perform better as a result of their personal attention to cleaning and adjusting my vacuum. I can highly recommend this business for sweeper service.
