This is a review I did not want to write. I have been trying to get in touch with the owner (Eric) literally for months only to be ignored. I have left countless messages (including today) only to be told "He's on the other line", "He is with a customer", "He had a family emergency", "He's not here", "I will have him call you back"......so on and so on..... I had my truck front end, rockers and bumpers done in bedliner from them, still no response. Originally color did not match "employee (Ricky) that did it even said it looked "like shit", but sprayed the color anyways. I was assured by Eric and the employee (Ricky) that it would match and it was literally "the same paint code". I spoke to Eric about it, he assured me he would "personally redo it", only to just paint over the existing bed liner material (overspray in all the jambs and under the hood). Now I can't drive in the rain, wash my truck or anything without having to use touch up paint constantly on the bumper, grill and rocker panels. I reached out of their Facebook page only to be blocked.....Still no response. I sent messages for reimbursement and/or partial reimbursement so I can get it fixed elsewhere, still no response. They did not come off as the type to do this to their customers, but I guess i was wrong. I wanted to give the "local guy" the business. My mistake. Eric, If you read this, please reach out and maybe something can be resolved to remove this review and fix the scared image I have of "Unlimited Concepts".

UPDATED WITH PICTURES:
I literally took my own truck apart after spending money with "Unlimited Concepts" to do a job and do a job correctly in order to fix all of their mistakes. To this day, 11-14-2024 after literally months of leaving messages for the owner (Eric) I have still not received any communication, phone calls etc. from Eric or anyone at "Unlimited Concepts"...It seem they are actually "extremely limited" on their ability and have an "unlimited ability" to take your money and never resolve their poor workmanship!

Again, If Unlimited would like to call or talk about resolve, I would be more than happy to speak with them.

Eric, Glen and the rest of the bunch at unlimited exceeded my expectations. I had a system put in my son’s truck which required a custom box, new stereo, amp, and all new speakers in his 2003 Chevy. I wasn’t sure what to expect but after getting the truck back, I was highly impressed with the quality of work that they did. The music is crystal clear with no distortions at a high volume and a lot of base. I am now a customer for life after the work that they did. Thank you Eric, Glen and staff at unlimited concepts for the job you guys did on my son’s truck!!!

Super friendly staff. Helped me find wheels that will fit my truck (it was a chore) got my windows tinted and will go back in 3 days to get my new wheels installed. 10/10 recommend!

They are busy . But still pretty much on top of things. They tinted my windows in half the time I thought it would take. And for a reasonable price. They seem to know what they are doing and my windows look awesome. It's 15 degrees cooler in my truck now. Or at least it feels like it is . Lol I'm going back to get a seat cover from them . So I'm giving um 5 stars unless my tint comes off. ,,

Did an absolutely AMAZING job!! My windows came out even better than I hoped! Super dark, and most affordable place I could find!! Even got lifetime warranty. Great environment, everyone is happy to help. I'm in love! Thank you so much Glenn!
