We had our pool deck installed by Ultimate Concepts around our pool and made a massive difference in the backyard and the property as well. The installers had a nice time working here and everything went smooth as per plan and design. The company is very creative, very well organized as well operated with 5 star service. Had our basement fully redone by the company and it transformed it from old outdated to newer modernish within 3 weeks. Everything was on time and budget, as well as appealing to the eye as guests would say. Excellent quality and project management by an established firm. Might be ok if Shawn ever finishes my garage. Very hard to get in touch with. Wouldn't recommend him to cut the lawn.

Another day, and no response. Its been three weeks since the last bit of incomplete work was done.

Will never pay a subcontractor. Screws people left right and center. I literally have tons of legal files from court rooms. Signed by judges ruling again this company and specifically Shawn. Him and one of his companies owes me and my company thousands of dollars along with many many other contractors and home owners
