Amazing customer service. I drive a 2013 BMW 335i AH3 F30 and I have M3 rims with the car lowered. My stock alignment parameters caused the inner back and front tires to wear prematurely. This was the only shop that would do a custom alignment on my car. I have been monitoring my tire wear and the custom alignment has fixed my wear issue. I highly recommend this shop for your alignment needs.!

The dealership would not work on my vehicle and i knew about Turn In from working in the area and reading about them. They were able to repair my WRX and communicated everything clearly through the process. Vehicle has had no issues since and is running better than before.

I have taken my ‘18 WRX to be worked on a couple times now and have had positive experiences. The first instance was due to the dealer finding metal in my transmission fluid during the 60k service and telling me I needed a new transmission. At the time there was a subtle sound coming from the transmission. Within minutes Tony recognized the sound and knew it was the transfer case bearings. This alone saved a ton of money from what the dealer was recommending I do. The most recent experience involved them walnut blasting the intake valves because my car was experience poor performance. They also installed an AOS and now my car is running great. These guys know their stuff when it comes to Subarus and I will take my car to them as long as I own it.

Got some maintenance done, easy to communicate, dropped my car off the evening before after-hours, was able to pick it up the next day. It did have a small issue (faulty spark plug) that I noticed later that evening and they were able to get me back in quick and diagnosed/fixed the issue really fast. I’d recommend to anyone, especially Subaru owners. Great service and were willing to communicate and help with any questions.
