I picked quartz, backsplash and an accent tile. I worked with Ron Sickel, he was very helpful and always very responsive with any questions or changes that I had. On a personal level he was delightful to work with!
Bella Stones is the contractor they use to do the installation. Their work was perfect! In and out in three days! That’s unheard of, my neighbors work took three weeks with a big box store. I am so pleased with my new kitchen.
I highly recommend Surface Concepts and Slabs.

We work with Michelle who is amazing. Friendly, creative and provides samples. Did I mention their pricing is very competitive and it it truly a one stop shop for seeing every tile produce imaginable.

I love this store! A massive selection, friendly customer service and decent prices. I've made several trips to the College Blvd tile stores in Santa Ana for various projects but always wound up buying tile from here. They can get most anything and often beat the Santa Ana prices - why make the drive if you're in So. Orange county!

Charges for tile they break!!!

Several tile came broken either by supplier or during delivery, which i had to pay $75 for the delivery and was not allowed to pickup myself. Receipt says order 10-20% extra as natural tile breaks easy. It doesnt say we are not liable. I paid $10/tile and spent $1200. Asking only for 6 tiles to be replaced or refunded. They said no and wanted to charge me another $75 for another delivery plus cost of the tile!!! They go to Anaheim all the time to pick up.

Expectations
Supplier broke tile - Surface Concepts should work with their supplier to replace or refund. Alternatively provide me with the contact so I can.
Broke on delivery- I paid for a professional delivery and they should refund or replace tile they break! How crazy is this?
Tile with flaws - several tiles broke during install due to internal flaws. I was pushing with my hands only when leveling on mortar. Some snapped due to large deep fissures, which is an issue with the tile quality. Again i paid $10/tile for 12x12 limestone which is expensive for limestone . Not marble or something where $10 could be cheap. For the price i expect better quality.

We bought tiles to remodel our bathroom and the sale person Michelle who helped us with the selection didn’t tell us the tiles we bought for shower floor are not for the floor for showers . We found out from the company where the tiles are made after we installed them and started to have problems , We are very disappointed especially since Michelle been with the company for a long time we trusted her what a mistake .
