Poor customer service, they take forever to respond eventhough I have the membership. Bought 4 chairs online and after a month already 3 of them are damaged with very little use. Poor quality specially for the prices they charge.

Having a horrible experience with Rove Concepts. Although their furniture (whatever I ordered - counter stools, coffee table and media console) seems to be good quality, their "nice" customer service will not work with customers, like me, that have requested to return. (I"m returning the coffee table and media console because the actual color and details so NOT representative of what is listed in the website - no joke!). Like another reviewer here, I paid "White Glove" Delivery service. The delivery people told me I did NOT need to keep the boxes that the furniture came in and took them away. They said they can come pick up the return items as-is. Well, I called Customer Service and they told me I would have to bubble/shrink wrap/package up the items myself and also charge me $159.00 fee for the return pick-up service! This its the worse return policy ever! How can I possible shrink/bubble wrap a huge-heavy coffee table and media console by myself?!?!? I told Rove Cocepts Customer Service what their delivery man told me (eg. don't need the furniture boxes to return), and they are not willing to help me at all! I now have to resort to paying them more money to have their pick-up carriers to wrap the furniture when they come to pickup! Absurd!! I was also planning to place to new order to buy their dining room chairs, bed frame, desk, etc. simply because I do like their furniture. However, this awful Return Policy and inflexible customer service has made me think twice on being a continued customer. I WILL tell all my friends and family in Southeast FL, NYC/NJ, CA, AZ to take their business elsewhere - Restoration Hardware, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Arhaus, Modani, etc. here we come!!! Change your return policies to help customers out Rove Concepts and work with each individual case to support your customers. In my case, the furniture colors were so dark and not what they look like on their website. They do not match my home's design aesthetic because of that, I have to return. And now you want to make it difficult for your customer to return. Where the hell I am going to get furniture shrink wrap (I'm not a professional mover!!!!) from? And, how do you expect me repackage these items and move them in order to repackage them that weight a TON by myself Your return Logistics policies are TERRIBLE.

Worse customer service!!!!
Do not buy anything from this please, I got the Nobu sofa and it’s literally garbage!! The all thing shakes and you can see the metal that connects each section from the sides the legs are not straight and it’s the most uncomfortable sofa I have sat on!

I paid extra for the “white glove” delivery where they installed it for you and remove the packaging and as soon as they took it off I told them “don’t assemble this I don’t want it is this a joke?” And then they convinced me to let them finish and leave it there and they will call someone to pick it up after, now when I call them they ask me to pay $159 return fee + $350 for the delivery I already paid and for me to return it they want me to “SHRINK WRAP” and use bubble wrap otherwise they won’t come and take it, I’m not sure how many here knows how to shrink wrap a sofa but I don’t and I explained them and they said they won’t come and pick it up if it’s not shrink wrapped what a joke, I can’t believe I bought from this place and I can’t believe I let their delivery people convince me to let them leave this garbage sofa in my house WHAT A SCAM

The sofa is already a week in my house taking all of the space while I already have a new sofa (completely different quality Omg such a big difference)

Trust me do not order from this place bad quality and bad service

Customer service is great when dealing with issues with the products. There were some issues with the bed and angelo counter stools we had purchased but Rove rectified the situation by replacing the defective bed parts and included white glove installation. Rove also provided an option to either refund the stools or provided Rove credits on the Angelo counter stools. We loved the stools so we opted to get Rove credits to purchase other products from the company.

While we'd had a great first shopping experience at the Beverly Hills location, we went to the 'pop up' store next to the warehouse in Los Angeles after we picked up our goods. "we're going to need a bigger truck!" was what my husband said after we both fell in love with a 10 foot couch. The sales members Ernesto and Ryan were wonderful and have anticipated our questions at every step. Love this place! Check out the couch we fell for...not often my tall husband and my medium self find the same thing comfortable.
