Unprofessional. Poor communication. Doesn’t keep his word. Doesn’t take responsibility for damages.

He called Anthony to clean our pool and after the second visit our above ground pool began to leak rapidly. We contacted him concerned. He denied any wrongdoing & when we showed evidence pointing to his service date as the beginning of the leak, he said he would come help us find and find the leak.
Five days later, he showed up not to patch the leak, but to clean my half-full pool at this point.
He tried to sell us hard the purchase of a new liner, and now said he had a guy who did that for him, but that his guy was out of town for a month. He did not take any responsibility or attempt to help at all.

Oh. But he did send an invoice for his “services”.

We are reasonable people that respect and appreciate supporting local businesses. But we also believe in high customer service which includes clear communication & keeping your word.

This is not the guy for us. Not do I recommend.

CONTRACTOR ABANDONED JOB AND FAULTY WORKMANSHIP. OUTDOOR CONCEPTS WERE HIRED ON 4/18/2017 TO DO REPAIR AND RENOVATION WORK ON IN GROUND SWIMMING POOL, TODAYS DATE IS 11/19/2017 AND JOB IS STILL NOT FINISHED. WORK TO BE DONE, REPAIR BROKEN TILE, REPAIR ALL LEAKS, REPAIR LIGHT, REPAIR SKIMMER, REPAIR PUMP AND FILTER, REPAIR CARE TAKER SYSTEM, INSTALL NEW WHITE GOODS, CLEAN AND RESURFACE POOL WALLS AND FLOOR. WAS TOLD BY ANTHONY THAT THE JOB SHOULD ONLY TAKE A WEEK TO COMPLETE. OUTDOOR CONCEPTS OWNER ANTHONY AND HIS SUB CONTRACTOR HELPER BY THE NAME OF RICH ABANDONED THE JOB AND DID NOT FINISH. THEY MADE EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY CAN'T FINISH, EXCUSES ABOUT BAD WEATHER AND THEM BEING TOO BUSY DOING OTHER RENOVATION AND POOL CONSTRUCTION. THEY DAMAGED OUR ORIGINAL PUMP FILTER AND LIED TO HOME OWNER IN ORDER TO SELL HER NEW EQUIPMENT. WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY, FAULTY WORKMANSHIP BY NON LICENSED PEOPLE. POOL SURFACE SLIPPERY AND DANGEROUS, POOL STILL LEAKING WATER, NEW PAINT INSTALLED IN POOL IS ALREADY BLISTERING AND CRACKING IN JUST 4 MONTHS, WAS TOLD THAT PAINT WOULD LAST 10 YEARS. POOL LIGHT NOT WORKING, NEW POOL PUMP INSTALLED LEAKING, REPAIRS TO CARE TAKER SYSTEM NOT COMPLETED, SKIMMER STILL LEAKING, DECK PAINT NOT FINISHED. A TOTAL OF 4000.00 DOLLARS IN PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THEM AND NOW SUSAN AND ANTHONY ARE HARASSING HOMEOWNER AND DEMANDING SHE SIGN AN AGREEMENT STATING THAT FULL PAYMENT OF 6000.00 MUST BE PAID TO THEM PRIOR TO THEM DOING ANY WORK OR JOB COMPLETION. ALSO HAD AN AGREEMENT WITH THEM FOR POOL SERVICE AND CLEANING, THEY JUST QUIT SHOWING UP AND GAVE NO EXPLANATION. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST, WE CHECKED WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION AND THEY AREN'T LICENSED TO DO THIS TYPE OF WORK.

They sprung a leak in our pipes when they were replacing our filter, and then wanted to charge us ~$500 to replace all of our pipes, despite the fact that they sprung the leak and the piping is completely new. Admittedly the pipes aren’t the prettiest — they’re covered with epoxy and stuff but that’s because I wanted to ensure there were not going to be leaks when I replaced them, and there were indeed none. Our pump system ran completely fine prior to them springing the leak, and in fact they had already treated our pool once before with the pump running and everything because, again, before they broke it there was no issue.

We told them there’s no way we’re paying them $500 to replace all the piping, and that they need to fix the leak somehow on their own money since they made it. They said they’d get back to us, and then just completely ghosted us.

No sense of responsibility obviously. The only reason we aren’t doing more besides leaving bad reviews is because they didn’t charge us between the two visits they were at our house.

We just recently started having outdoor pool concepts clean our above ground pool weekly and we are very satisfied with their service! So glad we have someone who does the job right and maintains our pool that we can’t keep up with our busy schedules.

I ordered a pool liner and prepaid for it and scheduled for installation the following day but no call no show. I called the following day and rescheduled and again no call no show so I decided to pick up the liner myself to find out that they use the liner and sold it to someone else Instead of coming to my house as scheduled This place is a joke, not only sucks but they also have the worst customer service, No organization at all on what they are doing. They had no other choice that to reimburse me my money back cause they did NOT had the pool liner I already paid for. They used it for someone else. Very irresponsible from them to do something like that.

I spent several thousands of dollars at this store and Everytime I went back to buy chemicals for my pool got an attitude from Brooke and his father..unbelievable!!
Very rude arrogant people who only want to take your hard earned money...I personally will not ever go back to this store!!!
