My experience with Marc and his team was top notch! Marc helped guide me through different options for my downstairs living area, he has a deep knowledge on everything A/V related and I felt confident working with him. The two techs that came to my residence were on-time and very courteous. They also helped make the experience go very smoothly and helped show me how to use the different apps. I am very pleased on how everything came out - take a look at the photos and tell me that’s not the sleekest TV you’ve ever seen. It is legitimately flush with the wall! There was some trouble connecting the Sonos subwoofer but that is a software issue related to the Sonos network and NOT the fault of Mero Concepts. Overall, I would highly recommend Mero Concepts for your next project!

We’ve used Mero on two homes now. Love Marc and the whole team. They are totally professional and true to their estimates. These guys have really out in the time and effort to ensure we have the best experience across the board. Home automation, security, media, etc. Even when it took extra trips, they took care of it. Their installers were amazing. Lots of communication and super helpful on every question I had. They helped with all the installation but didn’t stop there. All software applications were fully explained and if I had questions later, they were quick to assist. I highly recommend these guys!!! Btw, we live in Dripping Springs, so this was a bit of a trip for them, but they were on the spot with respect to scheduling expectations.

I’m happy we found them because the company we worked with before them was frustrating. I always felt that they blamed me for not using the remote correctly when it was really just a very complicated system. We are a single family, but have 6 TVs and a large-screen movie room. Mero came in, set us up with a whole new system, which has been well worth the money. Now everything works together. They also set up sound for us to play on our pool system. The hardware was already installed around the pool but we were never able to get it to play with the previous company. Mero has also coordinated with our internet providers (att and now Sudden Link). Techs have been great. A special shout-out to Ethan who I’ve insisted always be the one to come. He is wonderful and knows our set up, and that continuity is really important. Thanks, Mero.
