I thought this was pretty unique. It's like a upscale food court, with many options. I was there early - so some were not open yet. There was a space over in one corner with games, a bar in the center, plenty of seating. I was in Rochester for business and stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Loved it and highly recommend.

Very cool building with hidden food gems inside - walk in and explore and find some great eats or enjoy the space. I was there for a local event and to grab a drink at the bar.

If you are in downtown Rochester and are looking for a place to eat look no further than the Mercantile on Main. Located inside the great Sibley's building they have a couple restaurants in there to suit the need of just about anybody.

The main attraction would be La Bola. Which is the first restaurant you see when you enter the build. They also have Me Gusta which has Caribbean Cuisine and Broth which is a culture of medium liquids (Pho)

I like the Protein bowls at Broth the are very tasty and very well made.

If you're looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner I'm sure you'll find something you'll love.

We visited here while they were running promo of breakfast combo with beverage for 5$. We got the bagel sandwich, which was good. French toast with fruits was horrible - it looked like they just thawed the frozen ones, and the fruits were also frozen. The coffee came from Rufus and that was great. I love the place, very urban, chic place to hangout or work at the heart of downtown. Very friendly staff.

Lots of variety. Friendly staff. Good customer service. It was different that none of the restaurants had salt and pepper packets. However, I would return and try other food.

This former retail shopping space has been turned into a bustling food culture center! My parents tell stories of shopping here for clothes back in the 80s. Now, I am eating the most comforting spaghetti, pho, and BBQ. How neat is that? Ordinarily, the one meal I am not willing to travel over is spaghetti. Nobody makes the gravy better than my Nani. However, the aroma of ripe stewed tomatoes simmering for an eternity had me floating through the air like a cartoon. Intoxicating. The subtle distinct sweet smell of basil, oregano and thyme filled my nose. Liberating. Spaghetti is the ideal meal for heartaches, stress, and happiness.

Go to Rufus for a fantastic cocktail, and Cut for the the mixed green salad I added shrimp and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend checking out the space, love the atmosphere and options for a bite to eat. Need to go back to check out a few more items.

Myself and a friend were looking for a place to eat. Before going in, a nearby employee asked how he could help us. I said we were looking for someplace to sit and eat. I could barely hear what he was saying in the exchange because of traffic but he told us something along the lines of it being for paying customers only, which I thought was clear when we said we were looking for someplace to eat. We were told we couldn't go in unless we were paying, to which my friend said yes, of course. Ultimately we were advised to go elsewhere.

I'm not sure why that is but it felt discriminatory. (Both my friend and I had luggage because of just having gotten off a Greyhound bus, and both of us had mobility aids, me with a walker and friend with a cane.)
