I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. I did not wait long. The intake was fast and the nurse was a good listener and responsive and caring and I felt she was concerned about my situation. The Dr. was kind and caring and did an excellent job. She got me a muscle relaxing shot to get treatment going right away and called in a good prescription. She was fast and caring. I thought she was thorough. Everything went well. I think she is an asset to the practice.

Not realizing our clinic changed from an urgent care to walk in clinic, we showed up with our daughter with a dog bite to the face and was able to be seen immediately, everyone was so lovely to all of us and took excellent care of my daughter! Also I have a hard time with blood and just about fainted AND they took care of me too!! It was so embarrassing because we shouldn’t even have been seen there and luckily for us it was slow. Thank you so much for your care❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was able to get in very quickly not knowing that you had to make an appointment to receive services. My PA was very attentive and it was easy to talk to her about my problem. She was very thorough she fully understood what I was going through really shoes great all the way through.

Madeline has been my PCP since March 2022. She has heard evey one of my concerns. She has been vigilant in helping me work through many health concerns. She has never made me feel judged or overlooked. Even when my health fears are related to extremely rare conditions.
She is validating, warm and understanding. She explaines everything in way that makes sense. She is through and has my health in mind with every lab or office visit.

Dr. Lima was very thorough in her review of my symptoms and was honest about potential and alternative treatments. Rather than just prescribing a medication she considered my current condition and medical background and ultimately advised me to forgive medication for more holistic treatment.
