By far the easiest and least pressured large purchase I've made, thanks to the store manager Jeff. We initially visited just to get some fabric samples and check seat depths, but ended up walking away happy customers. Jeff easily answered all of our questions and provided insight/recommendations for our scenario. We never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot, but ended up liking the sample couches so much we pulled the trigger.

Really looking forward to getting our couch, will definitely be back to this location when I need one for my office!

Tito (like the vodka) was our Sacspecialist and was very helpful with the questions we had. We had already built out what we wanted on the website we just needed to check out the fabric and decide on the filling level we wanted. He was able to let us know about the specials they had going on to maximize our savings. We ordered Tuesday and took delivery on Saturday of the same week, it was impressive! We are beyond pleased with our experience as well as the quality of the the product. They way they ship and package everything is great, would love to see less plastic used, but that’s just me. Everything arrived and was in excellent condition. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a custom pieces and sizes.

The chenille sactional covers were recommended as easily washable and great for kids. We’ve had the couch less than a year and have washed them once and I’m really not happy with the way they wash/wear. It’s unfortunate because it’s a comfy couch. I wish they had some better/more durable options for covers.

We had a great experience at our love sac store. The staff is super helpful and takes their time to assist with what you are looking to do. With how things are at the current state (companies struggling to have staff) I would recommend going online and making an appointment so that they have time set aside for you and also so that they can plan their shift accordingly. We had the store manager Tito assist us with our purchase prior to that we had Devon assist us with picking out what we wanted. Both were super patient and helpful.

Love the couch! Service was good at the store but when it came to doing an exchange it has been a horrible experience. Pick up was set up a certain day and it never happened, was missing one label for a box, haven’t gotten that either. I called two days and was told the manager would sent over the information and have not heard anything from them either. Had to go through the website to contact someone to help me.
