I am an accomplished pianist and have gone through Keyboard concepts for 50 years. I recently was looking to trade-up my piano and the sales rep at Faust Harrison at the Santa Monica CA store (Jeff Bauer) was happy to show me pianos in my price range. But after seeing how most the pianos I played did not match my skillset, he suggested I play a piano (Yamaha S4 restored by Faust Harrison) which was twice my budget. I was surprised because I really liked the piano and the richness. I thought about it for 3 weeks and did a lot of research on Faust Harrison and Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about pianos in general and your company. I ended up buying the piano and am overjoyed by it's performance. I was also in the middle of a move and Jeff was able to work with me in storing the piano and finding me a reputable piano mover that could move the piano from LA to Texas keeping it in climate controlled conditions. I am really happy with my purchase and this will be my last purchase.I have had 6 pianos over my lifetime, always trading up. But I have found the one! Jeff was also able to provide me with a key cover, universal key, caster cups and the complimentary free tuning after arrival of my piano, which I am waiting to get after allowing my piano to acclimate after 2 months. Thank you Faust Harrison for reimbursing me on that first tuning.

Sharing my amazing experience with Keyboard Concept in Santa Monica. I ordered a customized White Gloss Silent Piano with the assistance of the Vice President himself Jeff Bauer. It has been a great experience and smooth transaction. I must say that the wait is worth it I was mesmerized how spectacular my baby grand piano is. Jack and his staff were tremendously helpful- educating me on the differences between models and setting me up with the right fit. They are extremely knowledgeable and well connected in the piano community- even referring me to a local instructor. Highly recommend this spot and am excited for many years of playing ahead!

I bought a George Steck baby grand piano from Key board Concepts. I live in Arizona and never saw the piano or played the piano in person. I bought it in June but could not take out of state delivery until October. I was not charged a storage fee and all my expectations were met. The delivery details were made easy. The piano had some issues created in transit and KC, in particular, Zed Gong, worked with me until all the issues were resolved. I felt I was a valued customer from the start and I was supported by their customer service during the whole experience. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Gong. I would not hesitate to purchase from Keyboard Concepts especially if you are lucky enough to deal with Zed Gong. KC was honest and straight forward. Anytime I had a question or concern, Zed got back to me within 24 hours. I never felt I was "blown off" after my purchase which happens frequently. I high recommend KC and Zed!!! He made the entire experience a pleasure.

I think I tried 10-15 different pianos in the store - all of which were excellent - before settling on the one we purchased.
