I rarely write reviews but just flat out disappointed with the customer service and return process. Website states the incorrect process for returns. After sending return back it took several e-mails to get my refund back after they claimed they did not receive the package. Took a total of 2 months for this process. A luxury store should do better.

Honestly the space feels really pretentious but it's balanced out by a unique collection that's hard to find in LA and kind assistants

Doesn’t get better than Just One Eye! The most luxurious, art-centric retail store in Los Angeles. The team that works there are so friendly, helpful and very warm and welcoming. The space looks like a modern gallery with some of the the most iconic contemporary works. JOE is great if you’re running in for a fab gift or picking up a treat for yourself.

What a gorgeous store! My biggest highlight was JOHN. What an absolutely amazing person. I entered the store after flying in from the East Coast. John made my entire experience unforgettable.

I cannot wait to come back and see him & the store again!

I've been a fan and frequenter of this store since they opened in 2011 on Romain in their first location.

The way that the collections (clothing, art, jewelry, home decor, etc) are curated makes this place feel completely unique and special. One thing I love about this place is that even though they stock BIG TICKET items, there are never any Vivian Ward on Rodeo Drive moments. I never get bad or judgmental vibes here.

This is a go to place if you are looking for a gift and you want to splurge a little. I've gotten some great home decor and coffee table books here over the years.

LA is cooler because this place is in it.

THE most decadent and stylish clothes shop in LA (possibly the planet!) absolutely decked out with millions of pounds worth of mega art and furniture.

Bonkers good mens and womenswear with a sprinkle of homewear/lifestyle stuff to boot. Located as ever in a slightly random place but there are loads of other cool shops/coffee places on the street so defo worth the hike out.
