Waited several hours to finally get a bed in the Emergency Room, then sat in the private room more than 30 minutes. But the doctor finally showed up and prescribed a pain medication. I'll raise this review up to four stars, thanks to his bedside manner.

I have been to John C. Lincoln before and I
must admit that I wouldn't still on the right side of the grass without their medical expertise.

Spent over 2 hours in ER and not once person was moved to a room in that entire time. My sister was laying on the floor(severe back pain and that was the only position where she could get relief) NO ONE cared. Just sickening what this world has come to.

4 people I know (including myself) have been to this ER in the last 5 years and not a single one has waited less than 4 hours.

My son and I arrive at 9:30pm on a Saturday, he had a large gash on his upper lip from falling and hitting his head on a nerf gun.

At 1:30am the lady at the desk informed me that I was "better off going to another hospital" because their wait time was only 45 minutes and it was unlikely my son would be seen in that time here.

Awesome!!! Facility & very nice teamwork, had surgery and the whole process went smoothly. From the ER Nurses to the case manager n staff especially, nurses the Surgeon team therapist were very polite n professional. All the good things in life take patience even under pain to get treated by a good facility, i was tooken care off in 2 Days

Slowly I remembered why I have not been to this hospital in 9 years. . . I've been here since before 2... Have not seen anyone or get anything but triage and I've been here hrs before anyone in here and the wait room was empty when I got here. Realizing that medical professionals everywhere don't get enough praise is not enough. We need to let them know. I KNOW YOUR SHIFTS ARE NOT ALWAYS EASY BUT I AM THANKFUL FOR YOUR TIME, TRAINING AND SACRIFICE. Please be kinder, not everyone in pain is faking for drugs.

My husband needed a cyst removed from his adrenal gland. Dr Rodriguez's and his staff are amazing. The hospital staff are very nice and helpful. We spent two days in the hospital and it was great.

My Husband was taken in by ambulance. From the moment we got there everyone was very polite and caring for not only him but also myself. The staff is very professional and compassionate.

My husband was admitted into the trauma unit with a severe head injury which he needed staples. They failed to contact me his WIFE! They made him sleep in his bed soaked in blood and then kicked him out at 5 in the morning with no one to pick him up. They also gave him medication for mood disorder without knowing which medications he is already on! He is a Veteran of the Navy and Army and should never have been treated so poorly!
