We got the six classic box chocolate chip, chocolate chips with M&M, macadamia nut, peanut butter, sugar and,snickerdoodle they were so good and the customer service was great. Next time I’m gonna try the ice cream sandwich and the brownie.

Unnecessarily Expensive, inferior to Costco Cookie
I decided to try Insomnia Chocolate Chip cookie to see how it faired against Costco. I was quite disappointed with Insomnia for few reasons:
1. Not warm: cookie I got wasn’t quite warm as I expected or used at Costco.
2. Price: this cookie cost me $5 but didn’t justify the price for taste and size. Costco cookie is half the prize and almost double in size
3. Taste: the cookie lacked richness of buttery flavor in cookie and moisture. It was dry, slightly harder and chocolate chip wasn’t properly melted due to not being properly warm.

Service was okay. I was on my own with cashier looking at me waiting to order. They didn’t offer me any options and availability despite I am the only one being in store. ‍♂️

All in all, it didn’t live up to the hype. If Costco is around you and your go to cookie is chocolate chip, save money and get it from Costco.

First time we tried Insomnia Cookies and the employees are very nice , clean atmosphere, and the options are cool ? will definitely be going back!

I ordered at midnight. Received a call stating the oven was off and a few of my cookies weren’t able to be made. So confused though they closed at 1am. The girl called me very rude very shouldn’t be calling anyone and was just nasty as could be. I received my ordered some cookies where hard as a rock. Some were over cooked. I mean I choose y’all over crumble but the customer service was the worst and I’d rather spend my money else where. Don’t think I’ll be returning. To spend my money at a business and be treated so poorly is totally unacceptable do better!

Delivery was dropped on front porch IN THE RAIN! No ringing of door bell, just left on step in rain. Found it more than 30 minutes after delivery. Box with cookie inside soaking wet!
Called store, they said sorry. We'll redeliver, so today was re-delivery, AGAIN LEFT ON WET DRIVEWAY, NO RINGING OF DOOR BELL, Found 16 minutes after delivery time.

Tasty cookies, with a good selection of flavours.

Staff were nice and helpful.

Prices are a bit cheaper than Crumbl but I felt that the cookies were smaller than Crumbl as well.

It’s a good place to satisfy your cookie cravings 🙂

OMG! Insomnia Cookies, has the best cookies in Rochester.....IMO! ? They deliver until
2 AM, their cookies are delicious but they also have ice cream, cookie ice cream sandwiches, vegan and gluten free cookies, brownies, and a different variety of the giant cookie-cakes, etc. Please try them because u won't be disappointed and the delivery drivers are very sweet and fast! I literally received my order(pics down below ?)at 8:01 PM, and I placed my order at 7:41 PM! Everything was fresh and warm and I'm never disappointed! The cookies on the left WAS a 6 pack(Oops! I couldn't control myself! ?)and they're 3 times larger than a Pillsbury cookie, but on the right are the deluxe cookies.....they're 3 times larger than the others! I think they're prices are really cool for not only the delicious quality but for the quantity size of the cookies. As u can tell from my review, I'm very satisfied! ?
