I have done business with this company for over thirty years and have never had any disappointments whatsoever. I have used them for a variety of electronic purposes including home and auto stereos, tv's and computers. Their products are top shelf quality, the service is outstanding, the technical expertise and expert advice is second to none, and the clerical staff is friendly, conscientious and hard-working. In my opinion- and I know that of many others'-, this is one of the very best companies of its kind in this part of the state and, for that matter, in this part of the Midwest.

Innovative Concepts has been great from the beginning. We built a new home, and their team provided our family with all the necessary products and expertise needed for a home video and audio system exactly to our liking. It took a few visits after final install to get things dialed in, but they were patient and supportive every step of the way. I highly recommend Innovative Concepts!

Chris, Jack and their outstanding crew just installed a large surveillance system in my Storage Unit Facility. The design and installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. I challenge anyone to find a company that pays as much attention to all of the details as Innovative Concepts. I have been a customer since Chris opened back in the 90's and they have always been first in class in not only products, but customer service! They cover the whole spectrum of products and have knowledge about everything! Side note....if you want to see an awesome 2 channel Audio room, stop in the showroom and take a peek! Amazing! Thanks Innovative for a great experience once again.

Very friendly and informative staff! Was able to get my questions answered by Tina who was extremely helpful and nice. The Store/Shop itself is very nice and clean with a variety of options and selections to choose from when it comes to technology and electronics.

I had this company do three fairly large jobs for me a two large homes. They never once left me an owner's manual on any of the equipment I purchased from them. Their response time and service is very poor. I was promised a quote for a Control 4 system over the weekend and 7 weeks later i still never heard from them.. This company charges an undisclosed service charge of 75 dollars for their milage from Decatur even if they are in your neighborhood. They also round up hourly labor costs even if they are their for 2 minutes into the next hour. I recently was charged 245 dollars to program a MX remote that I had in my house. They were there for 1.2 hours. Pretty expensive wages. the supposedly President Chris Caston does not return emails or phone calls and is very rude when does. I would strongly recommend you not use this company. I still have not received owner's manuals after several requests. Happy to provide more details if anyone needs more negative information.
