Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Qualité du produit +++ ! Un vrai bonheur ! Le jacuzzi est au top ! Chauffe rapidement, très bon maintien de la température même 48h sans alimenter le poêle.
Tim et Nicola sont de très bons conseils et bienveillant avec leurs clients. Ils restent en contact pendant les premiers temps d'utilisations ce qui est très appréciable.
La pose a été très bien faite surtout que le jacuzzi a été installé sous un appenti nécessitant une sortie du tube par la toiture. Très bon travail. Merci beaucoup !

We recommend Hot Tubs in France 100%. We contacted 4 other companies and Nicola and Tim were outstanding from the start. They responded quickly, they provided all the information we needed, they answered all our concerns and shared their experiences. Other companies offered to drop the hot tub at the side of a the road - that left us a 400 yard journey to get to our preferred location. Nicola and Tim delivered it themselves directly to the plinth. Tim installed the hot tub on the plinth - having previously advised on the dimensions (in our case a simple 4 inch deep square in the turf, edges by decking boards and filled with gravel - we did it ourselves). The tub is fantastic and heats up so much more quickly than we expected. The tub retains its heat so most nights it’s some stick and two logs and 40 minutes later it’s 38degrees. It looks great and exceeds expectations. Nicola and Tim have provided superb after-sales contact with tips and advice. Nothing is ever too much. If you are thinking of a hot tub in France then you couldn’t do any better than use this company, in our opinion.

Having had a wood fired hot tub in the UK for over 5 years we really missed it coming to France, so after a year we decided to purchase the Kingdom Hydro from Hot Tubs In France. We paid the deposit and deferred our delivery date until the ground and base had been constructed. On delivery they manoeuvred it in to place and spent a couple of hours ensuring everything was assembled and working perfectly. Having used it on several occasions we have been very impressed with the quality shown, even down to the robust fire grate and pan. Thank you so much

We have been enjoying our wood burning hot tub for approximately two months now. Ordering, delivery and customer service has been excellent. Response time, communication and reliability have been consistently excellent. We have had a global service beyond criticism. The hot tub blends aesthetically in the garden - very attractive and naturel. Easy to use and maintain, We have found that it's a perfect way to spend some time together just relaxing. It's a lovely, luxury item to have, for all of the family and friends, at a reasonable cost. We definitely have no hesitation in recommending it. Our hot tub was delivered and installed by Tim & Nicola. Very simple process and great explanation of how to use. The log burner is easy to fire up and we had our first go yesterday. It was amazing sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset with our sundowners! Definitely recommend the company and the product, thank you very much. The bottle of Champagne and cooler are a lovely gift too, very much appreciated.

Nicola and Tim sold us the Glyme Tub for two. The service given by both of them was first class and I thoroughly recommend their products.

We bought the tub for our gite close to 10 months ago, we wanted to really test the tub with our customers before writing a review. We offered the tub as an addition to a booking, for a small price, the idea was to increase the number of bookings in the off season. The tub has definately increased our visibilitly on airbnb, where customers search for jacuzzi/Spa. So far our bookings have been up for every month this year. We bought bathrobes, slippers, outdoor lanterns and gave an additional option of breakfast. We have had nothing but positive feedback, the Tub fits in well with nature with it's wood trim finish.

We empty and clean the Tub after each booking. I have added a pool filter to help keep the water cleaner for longer stays and we could potentially use it as a plunge pool for the summer months. We heat up the Tub for the arrival of our guests and then let them do it for the duration of their stay. Most of our guests have enjoyed the experience but in a few cases I have heated it for them on the evenings requested. If anybody is planning to use Nordic Tubs for their gites I would be happy to answer any questions. Thank you to Nicola and Tim.

The hot tub is fabulous and beautifully designed. Nicola and Tim went above and beyond to set everything up perfectly for us, with lots of advice. We were even given a few goodies and all the accessories we needed to get up and running on our first afternoon. Impeccable!
