This was my first time going to this salon and my stylist, Alvaro, tried to recommend a different hair color and after going back and forth for a bit we moved forward with the color I specified. I wanted a blue black hair color and I already had fading red dye. He said we could do that color and moved forward. The color ended up being plain black and later he tells me that we weren’t able to achieve the blue because of my red hair. I would’ve appreciated knowing this before we started, however, this wasn’t my biggest concern. I woke up this morning, my hair was in tact but I felt a wet section of my head and it was left over hair dye. My fingers were black and that section was not properly rinsed out. I paid $330 for cut, dye, and styling. This was not the results I expected. I’m deeply disappointed. I will not be returning to this salon.

Called for a very last minute appointment and they were able to take me right away. I was lucky enough to have Shannon as my colorist. She has and knows curly hair, which is so awesome and not very common. She did a phenomenal job giving me the exact color I wanted and has such a good energy to boot. Tati shampooed my hair and I nearly fell asleep. It was so soothing and felt like a spa treatment. Loved my experience with both of these ladies. I’ll definitely be back!

First time here and when I booked my appointment I last minute decided I wanted to get a balayage. I came in for a trim and a deep condition originally. Her skills are masterful! Just the way She performs a consultation is very very professional, she pays attention to your needs and knows how to recommend what is best for you and as far as the service itself is just amazing, to see her cutting hair is a display of masterful experience, talent and creativity.
She understands exactly what you communicate and that's something that is very hard to find ! Also She takes interest in her customers at a personal level whilst maintaining respect and ethics. Luz is a jewel ?
I also have to mention that the Salon is extremely CLEAN! ?
