My wife and I stopped in to order a birthday cake 10/24/24 for my 50th birthday for Saturday. They were booked solid, but they said they would still make my birthday cake. That's 10 star ? service. We picked up the cake 10/26/24

Heater is a fantastic human being! The pastries are delicious (I personally recommend the cinnamon rolls, lemon cupcakes, and chocolate chip cupcakes ). Come for the cakes and stay for the people. This is a local shop run by genuine and kind people! Highly highly recommend it!

Amazing bakery and an absolute hidden gem! The pastries are absolutely to die for, specifically the raspberry croissant, which was my pick and was insanely delicious. Very sweet owners and the bakery itself is easily accessible with plenty of parking so it’s a great drop in place for a quick treat!

What a great little coffee and bakery shop! The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is top notch! I'm definitely going to be adding it to my weekly routine while I'm in Boise. Definitely recommend this place. The ham and cheese croissant was amazing!

I have been to Granny C's twice. The first time I was greeted so well, a friendly face, the warm aromas of fresh baked goods, and just overall joy that was felt. The woman behind the counter answered all my questions about how long they had been open, told me it was family-owned, and shared her favorite treats. The second time I went there I was so excited! I did get greeted by an older gentleman. Then I saw an older lady come up to the counter where I was and asked us what we wanted. After we made our selection, I asked her how long the shop had been open. She did give me an answer but I felt she was a bit hesitant. I then told her I write reviews on Google and it seemed that her attitude changed. She then took me aside and asked about what restaurants or places I review etc. She then even gave my kiddo a free tea. I felt I was treated a bit differently than other patrons but I am not sure if it was because it is a small family-owned business and they are cautious of people or if there was another reason. So, for that reason. I still gave them a 4 for service and atmosphere. However, I cannot deny how wonderful their pastries are. I added pictures of the outside and inside along with a few of their pastries. Still, I will be back for the baked goods, but I doubt I will have a morning snack sitting inside the bakery.

Heather is the absolute best. Me and my wife ordered a cake and I couldn't be more happier that we chose this bakery. From adjustments and working around short notice shenanigans, Heather made the best of it and with her excellent communication, she made my day with a 10 star cake! Thank you so much, you are a true Superstar! Best Dragon Cake Ever!!!
