The guys are knowledgeable I'll give them that. I brought my car there (06 jetta turbo diesel manual) with clutch problems, caused by another shop installing my clutch. I needed pictures and documented proof for my court case against the previous shop that the clutch was installed wrong and blew the transmission. European concepts promised to send me photos, and a typed report of what they found so I can submit them to the BBB. It started out, and they told me the transmission was full of metal and the mount was broken. I asked for pictures. Multiple times to submit them to the BBB. I had to call in nonstop and they never sent a typed report or pictures. I Lost the case without proof. That took 2 weeks. Than we talked about getting another transmission for my car because mine was damaged. With a 2 week window. That window came and passed and no one reached out to me. I had to call in Multiple times over the course of a week to find out the transmission "never came". At this point my car has been sitting here over a month between nonstop set backs and information never being brought to my attention. Also scratched my car everywhere.

Part #2 after owner answered. I leave reviews as needed. I bought a 2019 subaru waiting on you guys to dilly dally. Waited 2 weeks on shipping from a shop for a transmission full of water. Got tired of trying to find a transmission. You reported other shop broke the transmission mounts etc. No one can ever answer a phone call or give an update. After I waited that long for a "tranmission filled of water" from one of your reliable guys. I'm done with the company. Never took my car to a garage got screwed by every shop is wild. Money ain't the problem told you from the start that. As for the first shop I took it to, they changed the clutch. There was no clutch when I hopped in grinded every gear. They drove it for 4 miles without a working clutch blew the transmission.

Brandon and Tim have really saved the day for me a number of times when others turned me away with a problem. Nice to have an ACE in your pocket!! HIGHLY recommend these guys. ?

Based on reviews I was willing to wait two weeks for an appointment.
I requested 3 problems be repaired/looked at.

They kept my car for ~28 days. Each time I called for status I was told they were going over my vehicle thoroughly so they could tell me anything that was wrong with it.
After nearly an entire month they said it was ready EXCEPT they had only done 1 of the 3 things I requested.
I would like to have been told that sooner, not when I'm coming to pick up my car after near a month.

The check engine light came back on later that same night. I called & was told I would have to speak to Brandon (?) Mechanic/Manager.
Brandon told me it took so long because he had been out for two weeks.

A call to let me know what to expect would help. I kept expecting to get my car back any day. At no point was I prepared that my car would be there a month. Or that it wasn't even being worked on.

When I called to ask for updates I would expect to be told the delay is because it's not being worked on. Instead they said it was because it was being worked on so thoroughly.

No car for near a month thinking it was being repaired and then ~1500 and it wasn't wasn't repaired at all.

Yes plugs, etc were replaced but they didn't fix the problem that caused the plugs to turn black to begin with. The car was sluggish & hesitating. This was 1 of the 3 things I brought it in for.
They got paid. I got to start over except already more than a grand in the hole.
