PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU USE ENERGY CONCEPTS FRESNO. Had solar panels installed on my roof based on their service guarantee. Any damage to the roof would be repaired and a 25yr leak guarantee. Well, we are in the process of selling our home and a roof inspector informed us of multiple broken tiles and exposed areas of the roof where the broken pieces had fallen away. I reached out to Energy Concepts and spoke to Briana & Andrew to express my frustration that this was damaged and not repaired. Home Buyer has now requested that another company repair as they do not feel comfortable that Energy Concepts Fresno will properly repair the damage from this exposure. When I sent the info for the repairs, I can't get a reply from the company. I call and email but being avoided. So as long as you have ZERO issues, they will take your call. Have an issue, get GHOSTED. Thanks Energy Concepts Fresno. Jason Pugh, Jim Pugh, Briana Salas, and Andrew Brown. I guess I just get to deal with this on my own. Still waiting for anyone to respond…… Still waiting.

Very happy with the install. System properly sized to significantly reduce my energy bill. Process was easy throughout. Scheduling was somewhat of a challenge but we had to work around rain at times. The installers communicated quite well. End of install meeting was fantastic. Dean has been a pleasure from the beginning. Permitting with the county went quite well and didn’t require any of my attention. The ability to monitor my power generation has been an added benefit of the install. Its reliable and an effective to way to monitor the system output. We didn’t finance and I’m glad. Huge upfront cost but I see an immediate savings of over $10,000/yr for a 4000+ sq ft home and that’s not including the fed tax credit. Time to add a battery which I considered but the cost was prohibitive at the time. Looking towards the winter months and less sun I see clearly see how the battery could help lower energy costs at that time of the year. The office staff was also great with communication. Emails and text reminders helped keep me updated on progress. The one time that I had to reach out I got a response by email in less than 2hrs. Overall a great experience with Energy Concepts.

After looking at a couple of other solar companies, my son recommended Energy Concepts to me since they had done work on his house. Best decision I made. I contacted Jason, one of the owners and we set up a time to meet. He had a printout of my electricity usage for the past year and recommendations to meet my current needs and future needs. I was looking at installing one Tesla Powerwall 3 to meet current needs but decided to add two Tesla Powerwall 3's to offset future electric needs.

After leaving a deposit July 31, everything went smooth. They submitted plans to the city and once approved, the installation took place at the end of August. From start to finish, one month total. The installation crew was very professional and did a very clean install with the Powerwall's being installed in my garage. Took two days for install with about 5-6 men.

At the end of August, I was generating electricity to my delight. PG&E connected me to the grid and all is good. Can't wait to see my savings on my next bill. Upfront cash cost was substantial but will receive back 30% tax credit next year. Payback period about 6 1/2 years.

If you are looking into solar, don't spend a lot of time looking around. Energy Concepts is the company to use. Start to finish, all done in-house. One call does it all. Thanks Energy Concepts.

Jason offered the best energy upgrade package for our individual needs. His staff were professional and explained all steps. Apps to track panels and batteries are very helpful. We are comfortable in this extreme heat and not dependent on PG&E and their outrageous prices.

Energy Concepts just completed our solar installation. Our salesperson (Danny Johal) was great. He took a consultative approach and was responsive throughout the process. They were competitively priced and offered better equipment. The lead installer (Tyler) and his crew were very meticulous and tried to make sure everything looked perfect (they said they were driven by my very organized garage). We resisted getting solar because it has always seemed like a predatory industry (we certainly interviewed a couple of those companies). Energy Concepts was local, their employees were professional and they made the process easy. The SunPower iPhone app is great too - we can see our usage change when we plug in a toaster and we can monitor our production on a panel-by-panel basis. We wish we had done this sooner.
