Francis assured me that he’d give me back my car better than what it was before and he did. He was very nice and communicative. Things might take a while but we have to be understanding how covid has affected labor and supply chain so patience is necessary but it’s worth it at the end! Thank you Francis and his team.

I have got to say this was one of the best shops thus far to have my services done for my car. The owner is down-to-earth gentleman. He'll treat you as if you're one of his family members or friends. Services and quality are top-notch. Your car will come out looking newer than you had it in initially. The time it takes for them to fix your car will depend on what works needed to be done. but mine was done in a timely manner. I wish not be in any accident in the future, but if I do, I'll surely come back to Donlyson Auto Concepts because I know I can trust their services and the quality they will provide me. I'm glad to do business with them.

The paint quality will chip off of your hood within weeks and the clear coat will fail in a year or two. Do not go here for any paint work. BTW notice almost all of the other 5 star reviews seem fake from family and friends...
