This lab has had cyber security issues for over a month now. We have called requesting a manager call us back for two weeks now and no one has called. We call everyday with no answer. We have several missing lab cases and have rescheduled patients several times due to having no idea when their case is coming in.
DLC is not being honest about the severity of their security attack and has offered NO help and NO credit back to the offices who have dealt with the repercussions of their lack of communication and accountability. I do not recommend this lab.

DLC had a cyber attack a few weeks ago, and have not communicated with any of their offices about cases, what is happening, silence. Can't get ahold of anyone or a manager. Today we get a call from their billing department saying we have an outstanding invoice and the account is on hold. Yes the account has been on hold for weeks while we have received no communication and I can't even call to make a payment. Horrible way to handle this situation.

Would never use this lab. Not only were they 2 weeks late, but when first delivered they made the wrong color and couldn't install them. They have now taken a further 2 weeks and claim their computer is down and they can't deliver anything! Horrible service!

I have been practicing in clinical dentistry in private practice for well over 25 years. Almost 90% of my practice is dental implant related surgery and restorations. We focus on providing affordable dental implants care for our patients. I have worked with many affordable labs over the years and to date DLC has been the most consistent in quality. Their team is always professional and courteous. I will continue to work with them for many years to come.

I have a partial made by this lab and it's incorrect. It has been returned to my dentist's office for teeth meant to fit a child. I am not kidding. Had to send it back, now I have to find someone to rework this mess. Can't speak properly, eat nor drink with it. Someone needs to be recertified for proper work to be produced. I am shocked they send out appliances like this. Shocked

This lab is the worst lab weve ever used. They lose your case and then charge you and place your cases on hold without notifying you and have your patients wait. I spoke to a gentleman name Edward this morning and he was no help. I asked him to connect me to the accounting department then he stated he would send me over my invoices and I can call back when I need to when I clearly asked to speak to the accounting department. TERRIBLE LAB we have sent them numerous cases back to back and the treatment is terrible!!!!!!!! We will be looking to work with another lab! Word of advice is to treat your customers with respect everything is word of mouth!!

I have been very pleased with this lab. I worked with 4 other labs and it seemed that no matter how perfect my Crown impressions were I would be adjusting contacts and occlusion for an hour. I took a chance on DLC and never regretted it. Instead of dreading my crown seats, now they just drop in. Rarely adjust interproximal and the occasional occlusal adjustment. I haven't tried their other departments but very pleased with them. All material types. I have been using them solely for my crown and bridge for about 8 months now. Everytime I call in, the team has been helpful.
