At first I stood around looking for assistance, but all the employees avoided eye contact and were obviously not interested in helping customers. Then one shining star came along and saw that I needed help. Sonny was not only helpful, he was polite, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely like his job. He is definitely an asset to the company and should serve as a model of an outstanding employee. The kind you would want working in your own place of business. Thank you Sonny you deserve a raise.

This was my first time on the new store. I went here to get a pair of Hoka shoes. Found a young women to help me. I asked for a pair of shoes in 11.5 and 12. She came out with them, and said they didn't have the color I wanted, but try them on and see if there is another color I liked, or I could get them off line and let her know... I never got that opportunity, because she went to help someone else and then my wife and I watched her pick her bag up and leave the store and never came back, and no one came back to help us. I'm 34 and this store makes me feel old. It's so industrialized and a bunch of young women and men who just don't want to help. My wife and I were in amazement that it happened. We just left, and won't be back. If a store hires someone with such an extreme lack of communication, to me that signals a problem higher up the chain.

would give 0 if I could was in on Sunday with my daughter around 1235p...she is a huge volleyball and basketball fan so she likes to look at those items. was approached by an associate asking if we needed help. Gave a quick no thanks and moved over to the basketballs. Same associate 45 seconds comes back asking if we need help. I get wanting to be helpful but there is 0 reason to approach me 2 times in a span of 1 minute unless you think we are up to no good. I am not a criminal I work hard and we spend a lot of $$$ here at this store. I should not be made to feel uncomfortable when looking at product. I don't plan on coming back...

Went into the Golf section to look for new irons for my son, and also needed help with a driver we previously purchased that needed to be tightened. Pierre was a true professional, very kind, and very informative. Truly felt that we left with irons that were what we were looking for, and Pierre truly made the experience wonderful.

From the genuinely professional and sincere greeting when we arrived, to the knowledge he clearly had about the game and product, it was a great experience beginning to end. He also respected the budget we walked into the store with and I greatly appreciated the time he took talking to my son and helping him decide on the best clubs for him.

My Life

This place is really huge. They did an awesome job transforming the old Sears. Nice clean store. Lots of employees around to help and answer questions and every one was very friendly. Some things are definitely on the higher end when it comes to price given the location. I definitely recommend this place even if your not getting much just check it out. They definitely dont sell ant clothes over a size XL.

The associates were professional and understood my needs in my situation. I made some really good deals today. I’m glad I came. Despite how crowded the parking lot was a week before Christmas, I was in and out within half an hour.love my elliptical. Can’t wait til they deliver and assemble it.

I would like to call attention to the store manager, Ed. I called in with an issue, I wanted to pick up a new Pittboss Smoker, but I couldn't get in for a week. Ed said he would hold the smoker and the price till I could get in, I took this with a grain of salt based on past experiences with other stores. The evening I showed up, everything was ready for me, they brought it up from the back, and loaded it into my car. I was absolutely impressed by all the employees, everyone was very helpful and professional. I know what it takes to get a crew like that, and Ed is the one that did it. Well done, you've trained your team extremely well. I've actually gone back again for another item, again with the same fantastic experience!
