Sorry I am late with my review.
Last month October. I contacted Customs Concepts spoke with Mr.Jim; after having an after market audio installer guy install wires,speaker & box in my car ,but No sound at all. Mr. Jim told me the answer to the problem over the phone. So, took the car in,yes, the missing piece he said I needed was exactly what it needed to get my sound working.
This is the place anyone needs audio installations, speakers,radios,etc. I highly recommend this establishment.
JIM, and his crew are truly wonderful guys. Great to talk with,the job was done fast, the price was reasonable and I made new friends. He says we are family now and I love it.
You don't meet people like him too often these days.
Go see him and let him take care of your audio needs.
He says if we can fix it,I will charge ,if not I won't ?.

Called the other day to have an old remote start removed due to intermittent crank issues. I was quoted $375-500 over the phone.
Pickup day was charged $550, and it looks like I could of done a better job. Pulled all the plugs out of the two boxes and made 5 splices. They didn't even bother to remove the harness for the boxes just left tucked away.
Queried him when he came over and said they would "cut it out". But knowing when to cut my losses. I decided more damage could be done to splices and wires, and decided to leave. A couple of bumps down the road, it comes down hanging out again.

The guy doesn't seem like an honest guy, and I believe this shows not honest work. I also was left with a dash light on as well. Although the truck starts. I would certainly look elsewhere next time.

Forgotten One

I was on a road trip and one of my fuse blocks broke and fell on my valve cover and melted. This shop was the only shop open at that time, I’ve never been to a better place in my life I walked in there for a 20 dollar fuse block, and walked out with 1500 bucks worth of equipment, another box another sub, another amp, 2 sets of door speakers, etc… at that made a good friend jimmy, he hooked me up real good, I don’t live down there I’m 4 hours away but this is the only place I will go to for car audio even though I have a store 15 miles from my house instead of 400, but the prices and the quality of the products they sell is insane, plus the fact that if anything happens to your equipment, most stores as soon as you leave they don’t wanna fw your setup nomo, but jimmy you bring it back and he will replace what broke for really no charge. And well let’s just say my generous purchases from jimmy have helped me gain the attention of my local law enforcement agency, stay thumpin

Took my truck up there after I installed the system and couldn't get it to work. Jimmy took great care with it and us. I had gotten the harness for a truck without factory amp so it wouldn't work. They got me back going with correct one and made my wife happy with her truck again.

Mr. Jimmy, the owner of the shop did a great job on my sub install. He was able to install my subs the same day I called and allowed me to bring my own subwoofers and amplifier. They also did everything at my own comfort. Not only did he let me drive my car into his shop, he also allowed me to watch his employees work on my car. This is a huge deal for me and it means a lot. Everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable and will get you what you need! 5/5 stars highly recommend.

I had a problem with my remote start I had lost my remote and couldn't start my truck. I brought my truck to Jimmy at custom concepts and he remove my remote start with no problems. He also rewired back my backup camera to operate properly and restore the wiring to my truck and made ready for me to install speakers for a new sound system whenever I'm ready to get a new system. I recommend this shop Jimmy allows you to pay on time if you need help paying for your sound system. He does a very good job.
