I found CRT floor via Costco and I couldn’t be happier. The installation team led by Luis went above and beyond in a couple of ways. 1. The attention to details is great. They spend almost one full day just doing the prep work (pouring concrete and grinding) To make sure sure the slab is completely leveled. 2. They offered to help install baseboards at very reasonable price, and they handled the corners and gaps really well. 3. My general contractor messed up his schedule which led to extra trips for them doing installation, they handled it without extra charge. Also Sales rep Murillo is very professional and patient all along the process, and always answered my questions before and after I signed contract with them. He went out his way to reduce the cost of demolition of my old tiles throughout the house

Kirk and the staff here, are truly great to work with. I was in a hurry, and went through costco, and they got me fit into their schedule, and showed me the best options, and kept it honest, and professional.

I scheduled an appointment with Costco, and Kirk came to measure my house and show some samples. It was a promising appointment. I was informally quoted a good price, but Kirk said he'd follow up with a formal email, and some flooring samples mailed to my house. This was late September, and I never heard back. I shopped around for a flooring installation and CRT with Costco ended up being the cheapest initially. The reason they were the cheapest is that they underbid their work and then force you to pay them more as they are in the process of putting in your floor. They only figured they would need 6 bags of leveling compound for a 1500 square foot house. They ended up needing 21 bags and forced me to pay $50.00 for each additional bag for an additional cost of $750.00. They also said that they did not know there were multiple layers of stick-on vinyl underneath the floor, even though that was obvious to the salesman who wrote the quote. They wanted to charge me an additional $400.00 for the demo of the existing floors. They did not move most of the furniture back to where it was when they were finished. In the end they cost just as much as their competitors, even with the Costco Rebate.

That being said, the end product is very nice and looks awesome. The crew that installed the floors are not CRT employees, but independent contractors. The crew did not speak a lick of English which doesn't bother me. The crew worked 12 hour days. I only found one imperfection in their work the entire time which when pointed out to them, they went back and fixed immediately.

We contracted with CRT Flooring Concepts through Costco. Initially, there were some errors in what we requested vs. what was delivered, however, CRT worked with us to get the correct products that we requested LVP and carpet. Their workmanship of the installers was excellent, and they were neat and respectful of our home. Lauren, in their busienss office, was instrumental in getting the corrections and helping us to make our desired outcome a reality. Great work!

Awful customer service. The initial estimate and picking up product went well through Costco. I was ensured I could return products that would not be used (self leveler in particular) and I’ve been chasing someone down for months now. I’ve called the associates direct line, left voicemails, and no answers. Finally got a hold off them and was told “there’s no way you called multiple times. I would’ve called back.” I was approached with a poor attitude right off the bat and made me out to be a “liar” when their associate assisting in the estimate process ensured multiple times refunds would be accepted on leftovers. I would stay clear of working with them if you’re looking for honest business.

Did a great job and reasonably priced. Even gave a military discount. We’re able to match our wood flooring completed by another company when home was built. Loving our wood flooring in bedrooms now they are easier to keep clean.
