Lisa did a great job fitting me for a new hearing aid. She was on top of all the latest technology & had a comprehensive office with all the necessary equipment. She was receptive to my feedback & patient while we made the tweaks to get my new aid programmed the best for me. Nancy at the front desk is also very kind, warm, & helpful. Lisa is tremendous! I explained my hearing issues and she listened, asked questions, and made suggestions. After a complete hearing test, she explained the results and gave me options to help "correct" the problem. When my hearing aid was delivered, the fitting went smoothly and I was wearing a smile from ear to ear for the next few days. I could hear a lot better and understand when people were talking to me. I had a couple of 6 month check ups that included a hearing aid cleaning and check with adjustments. At the one year appointment, another hearing test and a slight adjustment. I cannot say enough about Lisa and Nancy, both easy to get along with and they are willing to answer questions. Anyone who asks me about hearing issues, I tell them about Concepts in Hearing.

I was able to visit and do a hearing test and then talk about new hearing aids and what my needs are . Lisa was great in helping me get the best hearing aids to help me hear again !! From the hearing test to the fitting of the new aids to the first follow up visit everything has need great. I’ve got my life back and can finally hear again. If you’re looking for a place with great customer service please check this one out . You will not be disappointed.
