By far the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. It's not even close. I was clear with what I wanted to have done which was a number one medium fade. It was not faded it was not a number one it is 100% uneven all the way around. I would go lower if possible. I could have done a better job cutting my hair myself. I would include pictures but I'm too embarrassed by how bad this looks.

Fantastic & friendly staff and service. They are usually busy (a good sign!), but have many great stylists so things move along quickly while still doing quality work. At least for men's cuts, unbeatable low prices.

Terrible don’t bring your little ones will say you can’t hold them or hold their hands due to insurance. Was gonna leave my sons hair with chucks all in his hair because she didn’t want to cut hair anymore. totally unprofessional and could of just said she didn’t want to cut my sons hair

Worse hair cut (butchering) I’ve ever had in my life. I went in for a trim and I left with hair shorter then most men’s. The women was slurring her words, could be a speech impediment, I guess, she had a large drink in a plastic cup and kept answering her phone. I knew with the first cut I was in trouble but it was too late at that point. I have short hair and a trim usually takes about 5 minutes, she just kept cutting and cutting about 40 minutes later she was done. I was too mad to say anything and in fact I’ve been sad ever since. My hubby said that he’s never seen me so upset. I won’t even leave my house. Unfortunately I have a memorial to attend next weekend and I don’t even want to go and have people see me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T GO THERE. I NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!!

To give them a fair shake, I've frequented the establishment on Bear Road since I moved here in July. Their service was pretty good. Lately though, I'm honestly shocked they are still in business. I've made two attempts at getting my haircut. The first attempt was at 5:20pm. Their sign states open 9-7 M-S. I go in and they tell me that sorry, no one wants to work after 5 so they changed their hours. Okay... it takes a whopping 2 mins to change the sign outside that already states "New Hours". So I took a half hour off of work so that I could try again. I show up at 4:40. I was stopped before I ever got in the door and was mimed through the window that they were closing at 5 and they wouldn't cut my hair. Frankly with the whole "all small businesses are suffering in this pandemic", they sure are making it a whole lot harder to stay open. I can't leave my job to get a haircut especially because I fortunately still have a job. I would have appreciated way more professionalism. It's really unfortunate because I really go out of my way to leave larger tips for the hairdressers as I know they are hurting just as bad as the next. I would probably recommend looking for alternate locations at this point if you work normal business hours.

Quick, easy, and cheap. Usually in and out in less than a half hour with no appointment. $7 for a men's hair cut can't go wrong
