Did not like that the employees said that I would get 20% off but I ended up getting 20% off the lowest ticketed item. I let their manager know to start having herself and her employees start clarifying what 20% off means. After I had said that she had said "Okay, we'll start doing that" in a snarky attitude.

This is a super fun store. The sales associates are friendly and fun, and the styles are current and varied. I appreciated being informed of sales and bonuses. I was given assistance quickly for a fitting room, and good advice about the inventory. Every time we came here, we left with what we were looking for, even after shopping around at other more expensive boutiques. Must-visit for girls and ladies fashion and really practical accessories!

Will not return.

I must agree with another poster that the current staff here are very rude. A staff member can explain that something isn't returnable without being rude! I went to return a dress and bodysuit and was told that I couldn't due to them being "undergarments." When you walk in about 70% of the store is dresses and bodysuits. Im not sure when a dress was ever considered an undergarment but here it clearly is. I explain I just wanted to exchange them as they didn't fit and the staff member said "That's the biggest size we have." I never specified if the clothing item was too small or too big so they clearly fat shame at this location. The initial girl told me they could only return the dress and the second girl told me the 2 clothing items were both un-returnable. I also had a pair of shoes that were gifted to me 3 days prior and returned them since they didn't fit and the staff member quickly said "shoes aren't returnable!" I handed her a gift receipt and she said "Oh it was a gift? Okay you can exchange for something else then." I reccomend ALWAYS GETTING A GIFT RECEIPT SO THAT NO ONE ELSE IS SCAMMED OUT OF THEIR MONEY! I also reccomend their staff get additional training in customer service because when you treat your customers poorly they don't return.

I never feel the need to post reviews but I really had the worst experience at this store, it was my first time shopping here and I didn’t know there was a no returns policy so I was okay with doing an exchange, I was told to come back with the receipt so I did but then I was told they couldn’t do the exchange so I could come back AGAIN for the 3rd time the next day. The girl “helping me” left to call someone (didn’t even tell me what she was doing) came back, left again, then came out & helped some other girls with an exchange, then finally came over to say she couldn’t help me. If I could rate it zero stars I would, every employee has absolutely no customer service skills, uptight, rude, not helpful at all.

I was interested in a bodycon dress, which I tried on and could clearly see my underwear through, I had no-show underwear at home and I wanted to see if I could wear it with those. It was the last one they had so I elected to take it home and return it if it didn’t work out. I made a point to ask the girl who was checking me out what their return policy was, and she said within 14 days, with the original receipt and tags attached. When I took it back 3 days later the girl at the counter told me they had a ZERO returns policy, especially for dresses (for whatever reason), and when I mentioned what I had been told previously she completely brushed over it. The store needs to get all their employees on the same page about their returns policy and they need to advertise everything is final sale, they also need to get some associates who give a damn about customer service. Super shady, would never ever shop here again.

Management and staff is very rude, unable to handle traffic flow in the store. Sales team felt bother when asking questions, clothing is very cheap fabric and overpriced, also sell damaged items. Most definitely will not be shopping there ever again, nor recommend to anyone else.
