Great service. I walked in asking about window tinting. The owner showed me the various degrees of tint. Took me into the garage to show what they looked like on a car and gave me suggestions based on my DOT exemption and what I wanted the tint for. He took me in then and there and his staff completed the work under 3hrs.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced and I'm satisfied with the work. See photo.

Son unos estafadores.
Mi hermana fue con su carro a que le cambien los focos del freno porque estaba quemado y le dijieron que van a cobrar 900 dólares. Porque según ellos estaba dañado todo el sistema de luces. Después fui al AutoZone Compre los focos y quedó al 100% no tenía ningún problema. Aquí les dejo una foto.
(Solo para estar seguro lo lleve a otro lugar y me dijeron que estaba todo perfecto!! Intentaron robar al saber que ella no sabía nada de carros.)

Went in for an alarm and remote start. They took my car in right away which i was very grateful for. Owner said to come back at 6 pm. I came car wasnt done because of a resistor they needed. I was completely understanding of it. I got there at 5:30 pm to wait and while waiting I saw his technician and another worker (bald guy) leaning on top of my car that i just had compounded, and the tech working on my car then began to lean on my brand new wickerbill spoiler that i just put on with all his weight. It has rivnuts that secure it and can get pulled out. I brought this up to the owner and he proceeded to tell me i was lying and that his tech would never do that, meanwhile i saw him with my own eyes. I said forget it to just let him know not to do it when i bring my car back. The guy said to call next day. I called they didnt have it still. Friday I call and he says to come saturday. I call saturday and he then tells me he never told me that and tells me to come tuesday. Canceled my appointment with a performance shop because of this. I call tuesday morning says to come. I bring my car and he then tells me he doesnt know why im there that he said wednesday. Proceeds to show me his notebook with appointments where i could clearly see he changed his mind again before i got there because he scratched my car in over another car and i could clearly tell. Ended up taking in my car anyway to finish the job and i am grateful for that. The alarm and remote start work great but professionalism was not there at all. Customers from what I experienced mean nothing. After picking up my car at 5:30 pm it was parked in a bush which added swirl marks on the passenger side. I said nothing because it seems like he wouldve thought i was lying once again. I will post a picture of my car parked in a bush. Parking was available all over the place and it honestly looks like his tech did it on purpose because i complained about him leaning all over my car. He just lost 3 more customers who needed remote start and I who was going to buy a sound system from him.

Went in to remove my front tints that were way too dark. Mike assured me the quality of the tint would be top notch with uv protection. I thought it was a little pricey at first $140 (for removal and replacement) but he insisted on the quality so I spent the money and so far so good. Plus the tints have a lifetime warranty! The staff was pleasant and engaged my 2 year old son and accommodated his play. Overall a great experience. Mike if your reading this let me get a discount! See you guys next time! I also purchased some leather cleaner/conditioner which was pretty good on their recommendation. I also loved the staffs honesty when I asked about certain products. Very nice shop as well. Ps the tints are 35% on the front. Perfect. Can’t really see inside but crystal clear from the inside so I got exactly what I wanted.

They did a terrible job installing an led bar on my truck. They strip the screw in part of the led bar and then they said that what I bought was cheap. They are expensive and careless. Besides all of this they made wholes on my new roof rack with out even asking me I called them to tell them about how the led bar is only hanging by 1 screw because they messed up and what I got was that my part was cheap and they can fix it by retreating the part and putting a bigger screw in it. They also complaint about how they had to use they’re screws when I gave them all the parts needed to do the job.

I went to these guys while on vacation from work.i.came to get a price and to get a led front grill logo.for my mercedes sprinter. I talked to Mike who seem to be very knowledgeable about the sprinter. Mike told me he had recently worked on a sprinter bit could not find the pics at the moment I was there Mike gave me a price on the logo and I told Mike I will be back on Wednesday to get it done he said ok. I went back there I'm coming from ct 2 hours away I get there Mike informs me it can't be done that day because the guy who does his work had death in his family and had to fly back to his country. I told Mike I understand he told me the guy would be back on Tuesday which I came back on Tuesday and Mike said the guy had not returned yet so he said give me your number he should definitely be back anyway now he would call me. I gave Mike my number the weekend came no call so on Tuesday I called there Mike answered I explain to him who I was he said he was sorry he been a little busy but he will call me back later that day and tell me when to bring the truck in . That was the last time I head from Mike as I text this it's been 2 months no call back nothing. I completely understand that things happen but this is ridiculous this place really waisted my time . SHAME ON THEM YOU DONT DO THAT TO PEOPLE.

Mike was extremely helpful with getting what I wanted for 370Z, my family has been doing business with concept for a very long time and always happy to do so, the mechanic who worked on my car, Shawn is very good guy, does excellent work, and I would be happy to come back when I want something else done to my car. Actually I would be back soon ha ha. But definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants good custom work done to there car. 5 star well deserved.

I will never come here again, service was unacceptable. Came in for a simple rear diffuser install which took 5hrs and the work was horrible, part was not installed properly and it fell off the next day. I'd rather do it myself then bring it back to him, $140 wasted. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work he wanted to argue with me and called my part cheap lol. He's been doing this for 24 yrs as he claims but I had to tell him to use 3M tape to install the part lol. Do not bring your car here, this place is a rip off.

And then after I removed the poorly installed part, I noticed that his installers put tiny little screws in the part and my bumper in an attempt to secure it to the bumper. Did I ask you to put holes in my bumper?
