Had them out to work on treadmill, didn’t know the model number so I was billed 2x for labor and trip fee. 1x for them to come out and diagnose then 2x to add correct part. Treadmill works perfect but cost me $110 extra. When I scheduled the initial call there was NO mention of possibly being billed 2x.

Make sure you know your model prior to calling in.

This company is tremendous and operates with a high level of integrity. We traveled from New Mexico to buy a treadmill from them and they were upfront and honest about the Cybex treadmill we bought and placed our trust in them. We have had the treadmill for a couple of weeks now and it is amazing and we know we will use it for years. We highly recommend this company to anyone, give them a call for all your fitness needs.

So when spending thousands of dollars on building a home gym, you’d think BRANDON, whom is “ head of sales” for this business would be a bit more polite and try to be nice to a new customer but from the first phone call when a girl answered, I do not know her name, I have been treated like THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR!! SORRY MY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WILL SPEND THE SAME AT A PLACE WITH ALOT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! A COMPLETE JOKE!
