I’ve made a couple purchases through Comic Concepts and can say for a few reasons why I choose here.

1. customer service is always on point! Joshua goes above and beyond to help find what you need and also answers your questions you may have regarding a product, shipping or just anything in general.

2. Prices are very fair! Compared to some of the big names companies, Comic concepts prices are very very fair. Almost all the time they are cheaper than most places.

3. Shipping pricing is also very fair! I can only speak for Hoy Toys since that’s all I purchased here but they double box for free! The shipping is very quick as well.

Preordered a statue and it was more expensive than other international vendors but I justified myself at least I am getting an item from domestic seller without worrying about international shipping. Put down deposit. Waited like 7~8 months.

And this scam website told me that I have to pay ridiculous international shipping rate when I placed the order with them clearly located in the US and paid their premium price. I did not want the item after this shady behavior but I had no choice because this fool did not want to refund the deposit although they did not mention anything about this issue.

Now they offer the shipping from their warehouse and shipping fee they ask is like $140 cheaper than what I paid. whoohoo!

Definitely shady enough that charging international rate when is located in domestic and I cannot find anywhere on the website. I understand deposit thing but your talking about nonsense that you charge international shipping when you located in the US and not allowing to cancel for that reason. Improving service you said, did it help me at any source after I expressed my disappoint? I even asked to credit in difference as in source of store credit not the actual $. Definitely stay away.

Comic Concepts and the team there offer great flexibility on product payment options and if you're quick enough can find some really good deals. They are one of the few retailers around that actually communicates with their customers and potential customers in open discussion and through announcements in their email and Facebook communications. I highly recommend Comic Concepts to any collector just getting into the hobby or any veteran collector who is looking for new options and sources for their collectibles. Oh and did I mention the really good deals they have online?
