Took my Honda odyssey to this shop as it was listed on my insurance as an approved repair by Allstate. Per Allstate the shop would fully inspect car for visible damages and unseen damages and provide an estimate. When I initially took my car a guy came out and looked at the obvious physical damages on the left side of my vehicle and printed out the estimate and turned it in to my insurance. According to him he made in his report that the cars repairs were not worth the value of my car and that it was likely in the repairs shops best interest to not waste their time and energy fixing the repairs. They submitted their estimation with salvage recommendation to my insurance. Fortunately the adjuster from Allstate reviewed and approved the repair. This whole process took a week. Another week to order parts and schedule my van drop off for repair. Once dropped off they would not give me an estimated completion date they said they would provide updates via text. I had to call 2 days later for updates. When I spoke to receptionist and asked about unseen damages because after the collision of my car the wheel started pulling to the right I thought that the alignment was messed up from the collision… so when I brought that up she kept asking me well how do you know that was caused from the collision…. The receptionist mind you not an adjuster or inspector or mechanic but the receptionist was pretty much calling me a liar about the unseen damages making it seem as if I was trying to get over on them… the original guy who looked at the damages of my car from the auto body shop never asked about what exactly occurred during the collision and I don’t believe he cared to look up the full details of the report I made with my insurance. This auto body shop only cared to fix the visible damages and not any unseen mechanical damages that took place in the incident itself. When the shop finally called me to pick up my van I had to take bus with my toddler and when I got there the same guy who wrote up the body estimate said the alignment was never the issue with why the wheel was being pulled to the right he said it was the rim that was causing the wheel to go to the right which he did not have fixed because he said it was not part of the collision. When I asked him then how could something like that happen to the r he plainly said the rim could have hit a curb which was exactly what was stated in the commentary of the details of my collision which I kept trying to explain to the shop over and over but all they wanted to fix were the apparent obvious damages on the left side only. Why did the repair shop not call to report the unseen damages during their inspection?!!! I don’t think the ever made a thorough inspection for any unsee damages the was an adjuster is supposed to… they made me call the insurance instead and I had to leave back on bus to wait for my insurance to contact them to force them to make the full repair to damages.. now going into the third week and my car is just sitting… to top it off when I went to pick it up and seen my van their appeared to have cat scratches all over the front hood! I’m so disappointed with the outcome and especially the way I was ignored about the damages and the way I was treated by the receptionist and the guy who wrote the estimate. I’m a mom with two little one under 5 and two teenagers who depends on this van to get us around and this guy acted like my van was not worth the time to repair…. Why Allstate referred this company I will never do business with ever again and I don’t recommend to family’s…this shop is more for old school cars needing auto body paint jobs… not actual collisions for cars that are needed by family to be repaired.

The repair overall was good but i do not like it where they didn't clean after themselves. You guys left masking tape and trash all over my trunk. Didn't notice the trash until i got home because it was cover by my tonneau cover. Im also still waiting for a part for my Truck because it was on back order which is the Driver Stone Guard. I also have GPS tracker on my car and I did notice that my car was driven to a Kids day care center. I called to why my car was driven to a daycare center and was told that they have to test drive my car to see if my antenna was working but for my understanding you would have to drive a car to see if a car antenna is working. I didn’t get any updates of when my car was finished I had to call myself because i was seeing my car being driven to if it ready because the workers were driving my Truck.

Took my 2024 Truck in, the communication was absolutely amazing, the speed and quality beat my expectations. Took 2 days to repair and ud never know someone swiped me and scratched my new truck up. I've never had such a pleasant and professional experience like I did at cc's...I would 100% recommend this place.

(((Insurance approved repair)))
Open and frequent communication on my car, great quality of work, detailed listing of all work done and what parts were used, and a guarantee that if anything doesn't feel right while I'm on the road, to bring it in just case something was overlooked or needed to be adjusted.

Would recommend for body work

72 GMC Sprint with badly cracked dash and instrument panel. Installed new dash and instruments. Looks amazing, just like it was new off the showroom floor. They even fixed an ignition problem I had been dealing with for years. Yay!

CC Collision did such an amazing job on my Jeep after I was rear ended. I had a hard time finding a shop that was willing to take on frame, body, and possibly suspension damage, but CC Collision did and it looks absolutely amazing. Rob kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and progress of the Jeep and answered all my questions if I had any, as well as explained and showed us all the work that was done when we picked it up. Cecilia was very helpful when I first made the phone call to try to get the Jeep in and everyone who we came in contact with when we picked it up were very helpful and so nice. I will continue taking any vehicles that we need or want work done to this shop in the future! Thank you all for your amazing work and customer service CC Collision!
