Sadly I had a poor customer service experience. I purchased a beautiful sundress on April 3rd which I had planned to wear to my daughter's party a week later. The day of the party, I was stunned when I passed an iron to flatten the creases because the dress was somewhat wrinkled and not completely steam ironed - it practically melted before my eyes. I was shocked & realized the fabric was made of synthetic material. It was as if I ironed plastic. I checked for care instructions and there wasn't any, simply a small 1/2 in tag that says S (for small) and the brand. Needless to say I was quite disappointed because I couldn't wear the dress. I happen to iron the front part so it would be visibly embarrassing. I went back to the store and met the same girl who sold me the dress, Odette. She told me she would have the manager contact me and took down my name and number. A week went by, nothing. I happen to return a week later because I was in the area, and went back to the store & spoke with Amanda. I told her Odette wrote it in a brown medium-sized spring-notebook. I gave my name & number again and that was on April 24. It is now going on the 2nd week and still haven't received a call. At this point I am going to cut my losses. It would've simply been nice to get a call back, even if it was to tell me "customers buy at their own risk and there's nothing they can do," or maybe extend a courtesy and contact their wholesaler to report this issue and maybe a replacement dress can be shipped out, but it boils down to disinterest of any kind of business relationship with a potential repeat customer. While I found the store to be cute and had my style of clothing & hats, unfortunately I won't be going back or referring anyone. This is reason enough not to. No follow-through. Zero resolution. Very discouraging. So thanks, but no thanks.
