Joe was easy to communicate with, and Trey and Miguel were great at installing our units. Overall the process was stress free and we’re satisfied with the end result.

This is the second house for which BCG has installed an A/V system for us, and they are terrific. They are responsive and clear in their communications and estimate of the cost. Joe made it easy to plan out exactly what we wanted. They showed up on time and made the process very easy for us. Cole did a terrific job installing and setting up the system, and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely use them again.

BCG was great to work with. I bought a new construction home with a Control4 whole house solution and it was done extremely poorly. Nothing worked and if it did it would constantly break. BCG was able to come in, troubleshoot all issues and my house is now fully connected and working seamlessly. It was a great experience. I had direct contact with my project manager at all times and the team that came to the house was knowledgeable, professional, clean, quick and respectful. I would recommend BCG without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience getting quotes and through installation. Joe , the Project Manager, was a real pleasure to work with in terms of ascertaining our needs and designing what we wanted. He is very knowledgeable. The installation team of Jimmy, Miguel and Brian were also very knowledgeable and also a pleasure to work with. They were efficient, professional, did a good job of explaining things to us and cleaned up perfectly after the work was done. The little patch and repair work we needed was done expertly. Billing was done correctly and effortlessly. We have only had the system for a few days but based on our exposure to BCG Concepts so far, would highly recommend them.
