BCG was great to work with. I bought a new construction home with a Control4 whole house solution and it was done extremely poorly. Nothing worked and if it did it would constantly break.

BCG was able to come in, troubleshoot all issues and my house is now fully connected and working seamlessly.

We had a wonderful experience getting quotes and through installation. Joe , the Project Manager, was a real pleasure to work with in terms of ascertaining our needs and designing what we wanted. He is very knowledgeable. The installation team of Jimmy, Miguel and Brian were also very knowledgeable and also a pleasure to work with. They were efficient, professional, did a good job of explaining things to us and cleaned up perfectly after the work was done. The little patch and repair work we needed was done expertly. Billing was done correctly and effortlessly. We have only had the system for a few days but based on our exposure to BCG Concepts so far, would highly recommend them.
