I followed Balloon Concepts from their old location to this one and so glad I did. I ran in for a last minute bunch of birthday balloons. The owners were so sweet and blew up my balloons on the spot. The location is tucked away inside the lot on Colorado but there is parking and it’s very much worth the trip!

The only reason people leave bad reviews for this place is because the owners are classic East coast personalities. Go here- they are hilarious, have a cute dog, reasonable prices, and will go above and beyond to accommodate your request!

Thanks so much for doing my last minute order for my daughters Sweet 16. It was perfect! We are from out of town and threw together a last minute little hotel bday decor. The owner transported me to the hotel down the street with my balloons, which was so nice. The owners are unintentionally (or maybe intentionally) funny to me, like it seems they’ve been doing this business for a while and also very busy so don’t have patience for silly questions & bs, but they’re going to give you a great balloon display, lol. Thanks so much again!

Best Customer Service! I cannot recommend this place more if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion. They went above and beyond to help ensure our party had the perfect balloons. Great prices and great service. Do not go to a big box store over this place

I ordered a bouquet of balloons for a work happy hour and they were gorgeous! I had a vision of what I wanted and they turned out even better than I expected. When I placed the order over the phone Darren was very consultative and helped me decide on an exact order. The confetti filled balloons were my favorite--so pretty! Any vision you have in your head, that can make it come to life. I wish I had a better photo, I had to crop some faces out of this one. These balloons deserved their own portrait but I ran out of time!

Echoing what many of the other reviewers have said…the business owners are extremely rude. As soon as I opened the door I got berated for pushing instead of pulling the door. Yes, there was a sign that “pull” but it was an honest mistake. I refused to step foot into the store after that encounter…no desire to support a business who treats customers with such a lack of respect. Not even sure how they are still around given all of the horrible encounters with other customers. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Pretty obvious that this store DOES NOT want customers. I called them to enquire about balloons for my son's birthday.

The very rude lady on the phone seemed to detest her life, anything to do with balloons, and certainly her customers.

If you want to be abused, if you enjoy that kind of thing, and if you like pain, misery and the joy of talking to a clearly joy-less person, then this store is for you!

If, on the other hand, you have self-respect, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Extremely rude treatment. We walked in and were treated like garbage. Take your business elsewhere.

EDIT: given the owners response. There are two doors at the entrance, one said open, one said closed. My pregnant wife and I came in, not knowing it was a shared space - simple mistake - to ask if he had a certain balloon type for a friend. Before we could even ask, the owner snidely remarked "can't you read?!". We never even asked for what we wanted, we tried to engage politely and ask what his availability was, and he made it clear he wasn't interested in our business so we left. Those actions and his response below is pretty unreal behavior to have when you're dealing with brand new customers.
