This was my first experience with a used car dealer and Auto Concepts was excellent! I just drove home in a Toyota Corolla and couldn't be happier. Michael Garro was great to deal with. When I decided to purchase, he made the process quick and easy and handled many details via phone. When I came to pick up the car, I drove it off the lot in less than 30 minutes! I would recommend Auto Concepts to anyone looking for a used car. Based on our experience all of the positive reviews are well-deserved. We were fortunate enough that they had exactly what we were looking for in stock. The car is in excellent condition and the price was the best that we found. But most importantly, because they stand by their cars and also include a short warranty, you won't lose sleep worrying about all of the things that could go wrong. Michael was also a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured, or felt as though he was being dishonest in any way. He is also very knowledgeable and made the entire process easy - I don't think we spent more than an hour there in total. I will definitely be stalking their web site the next time that we need to go car shopping.
