DO NOT PURCHASE HERE RUN. Guy talks a tall talk and doesn’t deliver took over 3 weeks to get title. Less than a week into having a 55k mile vehicle the engine misfires numerous times. I understand the as is policy however they will not tell you the condition of the vehicle until you buy it then they plaster the as is paper in your face. A good transparent salesman would’ve have stated the issues for the buyer so they may buy knowing the issues. Run run run.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with [A7 AUTO CONCEPT]. I bought a Nissan Rogue Sport and from the first days, I encountered several problems. The car had serious mechanical defects, and despite my many attempts to contact the dealer, I did not receive any adequate assistance.

The after-sales service is non-existent and the staff was not transparent about the actual condition of the car at the time of purchase. I strongly advise against this dealer to anyone looking to buy a reliable vehicle and benefit from a customer service worthy of the name.

i was in contact with someone by the name of "gabriel" on facebook marketplace and he advised me it was okay to stop by and look at a honda civic they had listed. later on i got a message from his wife advising me to come in and view the car and to ask specifically for gabriel. once i got to the dealer, i wasn't greeted from anyone. i asked for gabriel, the man i asked advised me that gabriel had left for the day (i was texting gabriels wife 10 minutes before i got there). i accepted that gabriel wasn't there with no problem, i asked to view the honda civic and the guy advised me that the car was sold and all they had was a honda accord.. i wasted my time coming here and clearly gabriel and his wife knew the honda civic was sold and they still had me come in probably to try and sell me something different. not happy with customer service at all

I'm so excited until I drove away. Transmission is going in the car. Of course By As is. But at least I bought cars before and normally the owners wood pay to have it fixed before you drive away. I.
Even have 2 tires.I had to get before I even went home. And no gas in the car I've got cars before and the company covers all mechanic wise. He didn't volunteer. So I get paycheck to paycheck. And I live hour away. So I had to go to tires before I even went home. And the car kept on dying. Now I found out by my mechanic.The transmission is going. ? I don't have money to fix the car.He's supposed to fix all that before he sells the car. Be careful people.
