The ladies working here are awful and bad customer service. I brought a pair of shoes I recently bought three's days prior and didn't like them. They told me there was wear and tear when CLEARLY there wasn't as I just purchased them. They claim it was because of the suede but it's obvious they were clean and there was no problem with the shoes. They did this to me before and have a bad attitude to go along with it. Something has to be done and not some cheap response from the manager. You ladies must do better! I take it personal now....

The response you just wrote is full of lies. Yes I did get upset but you are adding more dramatic effect to make you look good. You are lying no customer EVER wiped down these shoes because they were in new shape. I bought them 3 days prior,so that's your first lie. Which tells me it was in fact personal if you had to lie off the top. And to try and paint the picture that I got extremely violent is another lie. Yes I knocked clothes over and kicked a can out the door. But that's the results of your staff continued disrespect towards me an NO I HAVEN'T BEEN DOING business with you for a year. I haven't lived in the city a whole year yet. You received a lot of similar bad reviews so I am ok with my actions. But don't lie or paint a different picture only to make YOU and your store look entirely innocent. I refuse to allow your lies....

Not much value selling here - some of that is not at any fault of the store itself but inventory management. However, 10 people were in line waiting to be helped and only one register remained opened. I know the one employee working the register had to be stressed. I’ve had much better experiences with the store on Orange - selling & buying.

Went to sell clothes and the employees didn’t even look through all my items before giving me a price. The reason I know is because all the items of quality like supreme clothes, supreme hats, polo and Calvin Klein jeans, Peter milar polos and dress shirts hadn’t even been touched when I came to pick them up. Thank god that they didn’t buy them so I can now sell them for a reasonable price.

Get some employees who aren’t chronically on their phones or vaping to pick through the clothes.

Just brought in a huge bag of clothes - all really nice quality and all clean. Got a text after about ten minutes of dropping it off and they passed on the entire bag because it’s “not in style” or “it’s out of season.” Not hard to see why they passed on my clothes seeing as the entire store is overflowing with cheap, ugly, fast fashion that is not selling and just keeps piling up. Don’t waste your time here - not the first time they’ve done this to me and I learned my lesson this time. Horrible store that doesn’t really understand what “in style” actually means

Looking for that particular piece of clothing to finish that perfect look, stop on by to find it here. So many options and so many quality clothes, shoes, or purses. If you need to try on an item they have fitting rooms available. Into physical fitness, they having leggings, sports bras and sweats to aid in you fitness journey. Tis the season for ugly sweaters, they have you covered.

Don’t waste your time selling here , 45 minute wait only to be offered $15…

Edit: ok, so since you pulled my account info up, you can clearly see where the frustration comes from then. From being paid a fair amount to NOTHING is enough to warrant this 1 star.

Non-existent customer service from the employees, long wait times. I feel like they are really ripping you off. I took in a brand new pair of Nike's and they only offered me $8.00. Yes they are a resale shop but they are only offering you the bare minimum pricing. I did notice that the employees spent a lot of time talking to each other while there were customers waiting. You might do a lot better selling your gently used named brand clothing online. Also, there is very limited parking.
