Called into this great model shop for the first time today and I think it is a brilliant place to stock-up on everything for my 00 layout. The gentleman who owns this shop is very friendly and I was also most impressed with the range of items - there is everything you could ask for. I will definitely be back next pay day, having left the shop very happy with my goodies. Thank you, from a fellow cat lover!

Brilliant mail order service - just as it should be! There are only about 5 stockists of Continental model railway rolling stock in the UK worth mentioning, and C&M is at the top of my list in terms of service and prices.

Can't speak for the shop itself as it's 300 miles away from where I live but have just dealt with them on a mail order basis and the service was fantastic. Mike took my pre-order a couple of months ago (without requesting a deposit) and contacted me when the stock arrived. Payment, although not via the website, was easy to make and the items arrived exactly when he said they would.

The price paid was better than any of their competitors were quoting and this, combined with the great service, makes dealing with them a no-brainer!

Model shops do not have an easy time but C&M deserves to thrive - I just wish they were a bit closer to where I live!

Bloomin Excellent!
love the selection of OO gauge loco's, I got a train last year half price from the one on the Hornby website, £175 for a Class 87 whereas Hornby web does like 200 quid for it!! 5 star and fantastic bargains!

Although access is via stairs, the shop is very well stocked with a good selection of models. The shopping experience was made special by the superb treatment by the staff. Made my day by getting all the items I needed easily.
