Avoid on Boxing Day! It’s hard to get a space after 9am and there’s long queues of cars from all directions making you wait no less than 30 minutes.

Parking is a nightmare on those busy days, takes ages to park, not as many bargains as there used to be...but I suppose that depends on what you're looking for...we like it because it's dog friendly...and Mowgli is fab, great service, food delicious and decent prices

It's a car park, I can't get excited, but I have given 4 stars on the basis, it's free, it's close enough to the shops and the spaces are wide enough for modern cars. Lifts worked and marked pedestrian routes from car to shops.

Great carpark except the lift was out of order 12th Nov and I was on top floor with my mum who is not good on her legs. Come on it was a weekend your busiest time...

Called here in evening when it was very quiet so parking was simple. Can be crazy daytime and during kids hols.
Parking is free which is fab and Cheshire Oaks is great for shops and eating places.

Nice place. Lifts available and easy access to shopping area and restaurants but very hard to get in and get out in busy times. Although there are traffic management in place but considering this place extremely busy in many times, they need multiple exits and entries. Only have 2 entries and exits in cheshire oaks

First time visiting Cheshire Oaks. Great advantage using this service, well worth paying £5. Greeted by a friendly member of Staff who directs you to where you can park and also gives information about the services available to you.

Free parking under cover. Good number of EV charge points on ground floor and less than 100yards from the shops.
