We had an emergency septic pump problem. I called Total Improvement Concepts and they did not miss a second.
Gerry came to our home within no time. He assessed the problem and went out if his way to fix it in the pouring rain.
He was understanding , knowledgeable and responsible. He is also very trustworthy. Trust is something you can put a price on. Especially when it comes to someone that is repairing or installing something in your home.
There is no electrical problem they can’t solve.
After 23 years in this area, I’ve finally found an electrician, an electrical “professional” , I can trust. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gerry of Total Improvement Concepts was not only very responsive, but I was extremely impressed with his knowledge in troubleshooting what seemed to be a major issue. He was very thorough and professional, also addressing other issues that he identified - while also being very reasonably priced.
Gerry will be my "Go To" electrician from here on out.

We hired this company to do work when we purchased a home about a year ago. When Gerry came out to meet with my wife and myself, we walked through our home and based upon what we were looking for and along with Gerry's recommendations we hired him to do the work, not the cheapest guy on the block I may add. On the start day he showed up along with 2 younger employees, one very expieienced and the other not. Everything the one employee did the other guy or Gerry had to redo. We had other contractors working and Gerry and his crew basically took over the entire house rather than doing a project at a time, very disorganized and left a mess most days that I cleaned up. Months later we started have some issues with dimmers and flickering lights. This took forever to get fixed, long story short the lamps that he installed apparently were not compatible with the devices he installed. Well about 2 weeks ago they finally fixed the problem. The lack of professionalism and follow up was horrible. Even after repairing this hopefully final problem, we have not heard a word from him or his company. I will add that his employee at the time, Jayson is a great and knowledgeable employee.
