Review can be so unfair, my experience was great. JJ swapped my R1 motor quick and had it up and running in 2 days. He could have gone the expensive way and told me to rebuild my engine but he gave good advice which was to buy a low mile one and have it installed. Definitely recommending and going back. He will be my go to guy from now on.

I just thought I would reach back out to make everyone aware to NOT bring your bike to this place. I had to take this place to court. The owner didn't show up to court but once the judge saw the evidence he awarded me the judgment. Cycle concepts refused to pay the damages to my bike. I took the judgement to the Sheriff and they recouped the judgement for me. I was so happy to see the law enforced on this arrogant man. Please don't take your bike here. YOU WILL REGRET IT. LOOK AT THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS. ITS NOT FAKE. THEY ARE THAT BAD!!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Save yourself the trouble

Disregard negative reviews. Although they have not worked on my bike as of yet, I will be taking it in shortly. I am a certified mechanic and had my own shop for years. I shut it down due to unrealistic customers who have no concept of the complexity associated with mechanical repairs. This gentleman was kind enough to call me back after me leaving a message and talk me though his process for tuning carbs. Simply based upon what he shared and the way he conveyed his knowledge, I am extremely confident that this is a well qualified individual who sets realistic expectations for what are hopefully reasonable customers.

Carb tuning is a difficult and lengthy process which is learned by years of trial and error. The only reason I do not want to do it myself (again) is limited time. This is not a job a would trust to just anyone with a gas analyzer and dyno.... That method puts a lot of wear and tear on your machine. It's something that needs to be done with hands, ears and eyes. I will update this review after I bring my bike it for tuning.

They rebuild my carburetor and they were, flawless, great job. Took a while but well worth the wait, they ordered the correct parts and did a great job. I removed them and installed them myself, and when I installed them the bike started right up with no hesitation and ran great. I highly recommend them.

Went to JJ (Owner), for an evaluation of a Motorcycle prior to purchase which he stated would take 20 minutes. He completed the evaluation in less than 2 minutes stating everything was ok (which changed after purchase) without providing any inspection points/report or a Receipt for 80 dollars. I purchased the bike and went to him for inspection, and he was very rude and arrogant and using language that was inappropriate for adults. He actually told me to "Come back in 2 hours, and don't follow him". All I wanted was an inspection for the DMV and he seemed frustrated and angry and lacked proper etiquette & professionalism in dealing with customers at 10A in the morning. I immediately took my bike and went instead to Nations Cycle Center on Franklin St, which was nearby. They accommodated me with respect and professionalism, completed the inspection in less than an hour and were very professional. I wonder why people tolerate such nonsense from an angry old man like JJ who thinks he is doing a favor and trying to help you. I even called JJ on the phone to admonish him and his response was "why even bother calling me and even said he tried to help me" I would never recommend this business, in fact stay away or face regrets. No one deserves to be treated with contempt when you are a paying customer. He could have stated that he is busy and needs 15-20 minutes to finish up a job before he can deal with you. I can only imagine how he would treat you if you had any complaints or grievances post service. I am glad i left his store when i did, looking back at the reviews and some fake/paid 5 star dishonest ratings of this business. He doesn't deserve even a single star. Acts like a mafia boss, I am surprised he is still in business. Avoid at all costs.

This is a great place for any type of motorcycle needs. I always take my bike here no matter what. I recently brought my ZX6-RR in to get a top to bottom look over, also wanted to upgrade a few things like most riders. I had new Pirelli Diablo Rosso IIl tires put on with new EBC HH front and rear brakes to go along with new wheel bearings front and rear. New carrier bearings, new front rim due to my old one having a side wobble, powder coat rims 3 stage Gold, powder coat levers 3 stage Gold, powder coat brake rotors satin black, install new clutch with gasket, oil change & filter, adjust chain, new stator cover gasket, and finally ended it off with a NYS inspection to ride straight out the shop! Throughout the process they always contacted me to keep me updated on everything. They did everything I asked of them fast and efficiently. Great prices as always, I would highly recommend this shop.

This is my 4th time using these guys to service my bike and no problems at all. A review is definitely due with the way some people are trashing this spot. From oil changes, tire swaps and scheduled maintenance, they are on point and highly knowledgeable. Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. Go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

They have had my custom bagger for over a year-still not completed. JJ very experienced, not organized or conscious of time. Now into second season loss of my ride. Custom paint job ruined-scratches, scraped, gouged, broke my accessories. They do not have any consideration to the customer needs do not take care of your possession , do not care about making the customer happy. Do not come here for service on your machines unless you like conflict, aggravation and stress.

Update - still has my bike, not complete, excuses every week. The owner is not a business oriented person, disorganized and irresponsible.
