I randomly stumbled upon this place while looking for gluten-free options around our new area. We walked in and were hardly greeted by the staff, no one really explained to us how to figure out the menu- they all just kind of stood there until a tall guy came over with a cap to help us clarify things which was more reassuring. It initially felt a little strange when we asked questions because the staff seemed to be getting a little annoyed but when this guy came over, we felt more reassured. After we figured it all out and placed our order, it took a little while for our pizzas to come out, but it was worth it. We ordered two gluten-free personal pies and one custom pie with regular crust. In addition to this for dessert, we opted for the cannoli.

The pizza was honestly delicious. We all agreed that it was one of the best gluten-free pizzas that we’ve ever tried. Especially here in Florida. I must say there aren’t too many delicious pizzeria’s here-let alone gluten free pizza options. For gluten-free crust I must say it was absolutely tasty, came out crispy from the oven, super soft and fluffy, and was overall a great combination with the cheese. I went a little plain with my pizza – mozzarella and basil but the other two members of our group were a little bit more creative with their toppings and thoroughly enjoyed their creations. The basil pesto that you can see in the pictures was bomb ( this one was not gluten-free) and the mozzarella with peppers onions and mushrooms was quite delicious as well. In regard to the dessert- they marketed it as a “cannoli” but it’s more of like a cannoli Nutella pizza. I wouldn’t really call this an authenticauthentic cannoli. Although it wasn’t exactly what we wanted or expected, we gladly ate it. It’s also a great choice for people who want to opt for a gluten-free dessert as they were able to make the dough part of it gluten-free which was a cool add-on.

Overall- must say that we will be back whenever that pizza craving hits as its an amazing gluten free pizza option!

I am obsessed with their pizza. However, their service frustrates me. So many employees behind the counter but little interaction with guests. Also, every time I order first Requesting gluten free, I don't understand why my pizza gets pushed behind other guests. Again, there is no interaction to tell me what's going on so I'm just hanging out waiting.
Otherwise, this is the best gf/v pizza I've had yet. Only thing keeping me coming back.

Who doesn't love pizza!!! You can personalize your 4 slice pizza. The girl at the cashier station is amazing and attentive. The staff making the pizza is either hit or miss with their attitudes, but they make great pizzas every time. The chicken wings are phenomenal. Plus, the side breads and deserts are spot on. You really can't go wrong with anything you order. They also offer a gluten-free option for your crust. It is truly a simple, quick, and delicious pizza place. They offer specials during the week, there is a night and ladies' night. Check them out for sure.

Decided to a pizza review for a local favorite that I heard from friends. This place is a great place for personal pizzas if you are in the area!

It’s basically chipotle but for pizza. As you go down the line a person is building your pizza in front of you and you can customize it how you want or go with their signature pizzas and it’s cooked in their brick oven and served to you. The inside is nice, clean, and well taken care of. Service would take about 10-15 minutes depending on what you get.

Recommendations: If you are going for a signature pizza go with either The margarita pizza (pictured here) and Californiacation are both good choices. The original crust is crunchy but soft on the inside, cheese is fresh (on some pizzas it’s salty and sweet) and the tomato sauce is good it’s similar in texture and flavor to a tomato paste mixed with some sort of tomatoes. I did notice a hint of olive oil and is a great addition to the pizza. You do have the option to add cheese and pizza seasoning if you so please. If you are going for a custom one, I prefer making a “meat lovers” with meatballs, ham, onion and basil but that’s entirely up to you.

Overall, I think it’s definitely worth the visit to try for yourself. It is a bit pricey considering if you are getting a medium sized pizza and drink it comes roughy to $18-24 (pre-tip) but you will be pretty full in the end.

They’re usually great, but I ordered pizza margherita with prosciutto to go. They didn’t put any mozzarella on it, at all. It just had like crumbled parm on it, and 1/2 burnt.

Dough is great, toppings would be better if not clumped in the center. Very good pie. Plan on 40 minutes plus for lunch.
