I love Dutch bros! Lately though everytime I order through the app the order is wrong, quality of the drink is poor-ex all milk, no sweet cream, when I’ve paid for it, or too sweet where I can’t even drink it. When I ask about it they say it’s there when I can obviously see that it’s not. I’m not going to argue but hate to give up going there but it’s been this way for the last couple of months. I can’t keep paying for drinks that I have to Dr up when I get back home. Also, can’t go here in the morning-45 min at least in the drive thru and that is why I started doing the app but that doesn’t work either. Help? Need more training, QA or something to improve quality.

The broista team here are really nice. I’ve always liked my drinks. They’ve always been made well. My only real frustration is the zipper line drive-thru. People in Falcon simply cannot grasp the concept, so I’ve witnessed many honking, angry people. More signage is needed to explain “get into the shortest lane”.

This has to be one of the best Dutch Bros experiences. I’ve had. I asked for the price of two drinks just to see if I can afford it right now, but I could only afford one drink today, so I waited for my drink, and the lady came to the window with both drinks that I asked the price for one for free Made my rough day better thank you, Dutch Bros of falcon

My own personal opinion, don't take my word, just try yourself.
Go here if you want to be at least 30 minutes late for work. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, the line is wrapped around the building and it seems as if the staff cannot handle the volume of customers. I've waited over 20 minutes for a single cup of over priced, mid tier coffee. There are other Dutch Bros and coffee shops locally that do not have these waiting times. Choose wisely!

The Falcon Dutch Bros is always full of happy folks making whatever fancy coffee drink you want, snow or shine, dark or day. Though the drive thru line may look long, it moved quickly and efficiently, and you can always park and walk up to the window as well. This winters Hazelnut Truffle Mocha is really yum, but the peppermint will remain my favorite.

Cookie crumble cold brew on cold brew day, plus a sticker! Super awesome, not too sweet of a drink

While this place is busy, they're usually pretty fast. They are always friendly and serve with a smile. This is my favorite Dutch location.

My only complaint is that they NEVER have enough stickers. I take my large family as soon as school is over and they are already out. My kids love the stickers but there simply isn't time with the different start times to take them early in the morning before school.

Please get more stickers!

Lady working made my drinks and as I pulled out of the parking lot it flipped out of my cup holder. I went back to buy a new one and she comped the drink and remade it. Amazing service from Sam!!

This place is amazing the people working there are incredible . I’m a grandma struggling to raise my granddaughter.Took my granddaughter there to get her a drink to celebrate kindergarten graduation and they GAVE her the biggest most colorful drink they could make with all the bells and whistles attached .She ll never forget it . Thank you for making her day.I been back several times and everyone there is always smiling and their chocolate shakes are the best in town.
